I love subway but not their staff. I have been going to this one for almost a year now and just recently two girls (yaya and a... girl with red hair) have been consistently rude to me for no reason. I don?t know what I?ve done to them, but they clearly havean issue with me. It?s not hard to treat people nicely and all I want is my sandwich, not an attitude asking ?are you done??every 5 sec. :) Read more
I frequent this subway often but no more. I made an online order and the app malfunctioned which caused part of my order to be... missing. I informed the employee about it. He wasn't interested and while pointing to the receipt rudely said, "This is theorder that we got." Then walked away. So I took my receipt and got ready to leave then the employee proceeded to follow me andasked to have the receipt back. I didn't understand why but now I realize that it was so I couldn't make a formal complaint asthere I information on the receipt that is needed. When I got home my family and I started to eat our sandwiches the food wasbad. My husband's meatball sandwich was not good. The turkey sandwiches all had turkey with a very bad taste to it. 6in "steak" and cheese. Price 4 sandwich was $31and no drinks and chips the casher even ask if I wanted to tip. We always have... loved subway. But this was the worst lunch. This will be our last visit. Read more
People who work there could be a bit more friendly! It wasn't crowded so no need to rush me! Why is it a problem to want a... sandwich the way I prefer it? I'm paying for it and my request wasn't a difficult one! The sandwiches aren't cheap so I feelthat I should have it made the way I like it!! Read more
It's a solid subway, generally with people who make good subs ????They don't accept alot of optional online coupons which sucks,... but I get why mostly. No issues with paper coupons, so atleast there's that option :) Pickup service is really speedy here and Iwould recommend ordering that way. Read more
I come to this particular subway often because it has been the most consistent. I order the southwest wrap and they usually do... an amazing job. Today though I order the wrap and got half the meat I usually get. And the customer service was horrible. Alsothey are not wearing mask properly. I will continue my hunt for a consistent subway. Very disappointed Soggy mess. I ordered turkey foot long BOGO and bread was soggy and not edible. I also selected onions and... lettuce and for some reason the sandwiches didnt have them. Here's some advice Subway don't put wet vegetables on bread. Oneand done. Im glad it was BOGO Read more
