The manager, Angela, would not let me add on the two items that the person at the window accidentally missed. She said I don?t... care that?s not my problem if you want those two items go around through the drive-through again because I?m not gonna come overand do it. She refused to come to the window when I asked for the manager. Even though I could hear her yelling to thegentleman working the window. When I went inside and confronted her about her poor service, she blatantly lied and said ?I onlyasked him to wait a minute and that I would do it in a second?. I told her I heard her through the open window and she called mea liar. Do not go here! Find someplace else to go. The food is average on its best day, and you will not find worse serviceanywhere. Count the items in your bag before leaving if you do choose to come here. The manager here should not be employed. Not only did... he mess up our order, but he literally yelled at us when we came back to tell him that we were missing an item. The way he spoketo us was not humane at all.... absolutely terrible service. And the manager (male) here must have a really sad life to treathis customers the way he treated us.. Read more

If tou dine inside they make you order through the kiosk. They dont have everythingnon the menu at the kiosk. We made the lady... behind the counter aware and she looks at us with an attitude and says if you can wait till we get a chance to ring you up wecan help you. Keep inmimd the 3 employees that are work are just taking care of drive thru. Read more

This is absolutely the WORST Taco Bell we have ever been to. The mexican pizza tortilla shell tasted horrible. The chips in... the nachos tasted exactly the same. I spoke to a lady there to ask if that is how they always taste and she told me she wouldget the manager. She disappeared & come to find out she was the manager!!! She sent an employee to tell us they were about toget busy when literally 2 other people were in the entire restaurant and they just wanted us to leave. I WOULD AVOID THIS TACOBELL AT ALL COST!! IT IS HORRIBLE AND TASTE TOXIC!! I would also hope they would get better employees to actually handlecustomer complaints than run and hide out and pretend to not be the manager! Read more

Litterly the WORST taco bell I have ever been to. The staff is beyond rude. I've been there as both a customer and a door... dasher and without fail they have been rude. I sent an email with pics to corporate months ago and never got a reply. Beyondthe staff being rude, the items seem to be filled half as much as any other taco bell I've been to. Hasn't been just on 1occasion but on several. On several occasions I've ordered chalupas and they were about 1/3 full compared to any other tacobell. This place should be avoided. Read more

Couldn?t hear the gentleman in the intercom due to hearing loss and him talking softly (in my opinion). When I mentioned that to... him he stated, no one else has had an issue all night except you so It is not my problem. He was trying to say something?s areunavailable due to them shutting the kitchen down early. I asked him to let me know what was unavailable from my order. Herefused and also refused to cancel my mobile order. Will not ever go back to this Taco Bell again and unfortunately I work inthe same shopping center.
