We came here with high hopes after many glowing reviews but did leave disappointed. While the atmosphere is fun, the price was... high as we averaged about $8 per person. The sorbet was not very flavorful and the store was out of vanilla soft serve. Also,they claim to have Reece?s PB Cups but they were indeed just mini imitation candy (the folks in Hersey, PA would be appalled)our other desserts were average in taste. On a positive note, the Churro Sandwich was delicious and worth the price. With somany dessert spots in the area, we will definitely try one of the many other options next time. Read more

The ice cream itself was great, it was everything else that was less than stellar. First off, they were out of the menu items... we wanted. Several of them. We?d order, a few minutes later they let us know they were out, and suggested another item, and weaccepted. A few minutes later, they let us know they were out of the second option. Eventually we found something that was instock. Second, the wait after ordering was not insignificant. (See all of the above). Third, the shop itself has nothing toabsorb sound, so when we were in there the noise was deafening. But finally, after all that, the ice cream was very good, andthe portions generous. We ended up with a hot warmed waffle cone ice cream sandwich, and a jar cake turtle brownie with icecream on top. Cute little ice cream shop in downtown Sarasota. I got a simple twist with a chocolate chip cookie cone, but it really hit the... spot. The shop itself didn't have much seating inside, but it's the perfect treat to grab and go as you walk around downtown. Read more

Spring break isn?t spring break without a trip for some ice cream. Fun name, good location and decent selection but the ice... cream itself was pretty average. They had a steady stream of people coming through, I suspect due to limited competition. Thechurro ice cream sandwich looked interesting but we opted to stick with a standard scoops and cones. This place has a really fun concept! And an even more fun menu. They serve ice cream in just about every way you could think of,... I swear. I got a cone where they literally wedged part of a slice of key lime pie into it. Not sure if i?d get it again but inthe moment it was fairly epic. I?d like to come back and try some other odd options just for comparison notes. And this locationis tucked into the adorable historic downtown of Sarasota which is a super nice area and perfect to walk around after grabbingsome cold delight. Give it a try! Read more
