Manager at window was rude. I ordered chicken nuggets which is one of the only items you get a sauce with and I had to... specifically ask what sauces they had and ask for them and I was only given one. I also asked for ketchup for the three friesthat were ordered and I was given 2 ketchup packets! I will never go to that Wendy?s again! Read more

The person who took my order had as much enthusiasm as someone getting readying to knock the chair out from under them before... the rope tightens. Kid should re evaluate his life bc he isn?t exactly doing a good enough job at Wendy?s. Maybe it?s too toughor maybe he?s high. I don?t care, but I do care about people being competent at their jobs, and this location seems to only hirepeople with addictions to feed. I was glad to see the dining room open but when I entered the place was filled with smoke from something being burnt. I stood at... the counter for several minutes until someone finally came over from the drive-thru. I love the menu options at Wendy's?where else can you get a baked potato at a drive thru? And it's one of the few remaining fast... food joints where you can still get a good salad. At first we went through the drive through but after 5 minutes no movement, we went inside. Inside we heard lots of arguing from... the back, but we waited. A sweet woman told us someone would be right with us and asked what we would be getting to get started,a kind gentleman took our order. Everything was cold. Cheese "sauce" was covering EVERYTHING in the bag. The burger was cold and soggy. The chicken was overcook... and old, with one side soggy and falling apart. Staff looked dirty and ungroomed. I will NEVER return to this location. It isunfortunate because I went to this location in the past with great results. Wendys has just gone downnhill. No frostys again. Soda machine out of order. Other options for the price. .girl kinda of had... a little attitude. I asked for a double biggie bag. Got upset when she asked wait you didnt want the jr bacon biggie bag. Shescreamed OMG screams at manager to help. Got food and stale bun. I normally dont give a negative review. Read more
