How hard can it be to make a chocolate shake? However the high school girl was trained, she didn?t care about anything else but... leaving for the night. she rushed the order and put way more milk than ice cream in my shake. Both times I have ordered through delivery service so maybe quality is different when you order in person but both times have... not been great. My custom two scoop sundae is always smashed into a large cup with a cookie that dominates the whole sundae.Doesn?t seem like a sundae but more like a hard cookie with melted ice cream on top. Toppings just thrown in with no care andice cream always seems like I?m being skimped out on. Overall, not going to order for delivery anymore and might give it a tryin person if I?m in the area. Overrated. Really skimpy on candy, prices extremely high. I don't like the consistency of the ice cream. For the price of a... small dish, I can buy a half gallon at the grocery store, and in my opinion, enjoy it more. Yes, I was at the store. No, Ididn't buy anything. I've had your products before. I had no intention of slamming this place, but you asked for my reasons. IfI were to buy ice cream out, I'd go to a locally owned place and get a flurry. I?m leaving one star to leave a review. The girl at the counter working on 11/25/2022 was terribly rude. Barked ?how ya doing... ya?ll? at me, my kids and my 85 year old mother when we unwittingly walked through the second door which was the exit and notthe entrance and was equally as rude when we realized that and we said we will go to the back of the line. The other guy therethat I?m assuming was at least an assistant manager was also laughing while we left after the extremely rude girl told me ? youeither order ice cream or you leave? obviously I was leaving because I would not expect an attitude like that served as a sidewith a scoop of ice cream. Also expect a call from me tomorrow inquiring to speak to the actual owners of that franchise becausethey should know how their employees treat customers. Read more
