If I could give 0 stars I would. Workers don?t care. Slowest service. Multiple times we?ve ordered pick up and were late getting... there and it still wasn?t ready. Twice they couldn?t find my order and eventually figured out it was right next to theirregister. There?s no online ordering at all recently then you go there and line out the door. Workers have bad attitude andthey?re understaffed. This location also closes earlier than any other one in area which is crazy. Not as good as they used to be. Not clean. Lack the g a good manager. 7 people standing at counter all doing different stuff... refilling the bowls. Fulfilling online orders staring at in store customers they need a much better system and some gooddirective management to get the on store and on line orders done much quicker and correct. Very disappointed. I always loved this place. My experience today was saddening. I asked for extra rice which I received. ... Asked for extra steak and received 4 pieces. The steak had alot of fat in it. Don't mind paying extra which I did very littlethough. Read more
The 5'7 male employee with piercings and green hair was an amazing employee and did everything really well. I wish I knew him so... I could thank him personally. The dark haired woman with the funky circular glasses; on cash also was an amazing employee. Sowas the ginger with the weird purple underside. Overall very good experience. Read more
General Consensus- Not worth hassle, go to Moe?s who is within a mile. This would have been a 5-star review but my friend went... to grab our order for us and your employee was extremely rude to the point that she came back crying. This behavior isunforgivable and I believe the terrible individual needs some retraining at a minimum. This has been a recurring issue as ourhousehold immediately knew which employee caused concern, we actively avoid them due to their rudeness. They are the male whois around 5?7? with piercings. I?ll discuss this matter with him on a later date. Edit-After food arrived one burrito wasmarked CH which was my pork burrito. Others unmarked chicken burritos which was only found out by each of us biting into thewrong burrito. Only to find out the incompetent employee also failed to make the burritos correctly and had the general mix of apork burrito instead of having no dairy. Went in and service was slow but I had a good attitude didn?t mind waiting. The guy in front of me kept grumbling and then when... he was told they were out of dressing for his salads went ahead and made 2 salads, only to leave them at the register when theydidn?t give them to him buy 1 get one free. I honestly felt bad for the workers. They were doing their best. But then I got myfood home (to Queensbury no less) and it was so spicy the entire bowl and burrito were inedible. And I like spice. I enjoy thehot salsa and have gotten it for years! But today it was truly too hot for anyone. Our meal was ruined. We won?t be back. Read more
