Every single time they?re extremely rude !!! They rush you even if it only takes you a few seconds to get them your order it?s... absolutely ridiculous. At 7:20pm we asked for coolattas and were told they already closed the machine...40 mins before they close...seriously lazy... people there...another time at 3:00 pm...the employee told us she couldn't make sandwiches since she was the only one thereand sold out of donuts?? My only comments are 1st: Why would anybody want any egg sandwich on bread that ISN'T toasted? Yuk! 2nd, the promo flavor called... cake butter latte, or something that should reflect what I'm saying...um, failed. Just tasted like an iced coffee with whippedcream on top. I have to confess I'm not a patron of any Dunkin Donuts, but either way I am was under the impression at the veryleast iced coffe(latte) or not that I would be asked how I would like it made. Just got breakfast there and the 3 girls working all without name tags were incredibly rude to me all because the one who took... my order didn't hear me say I wanted flavoring in my coffee. They all immediately got mad and give my attitude. They crushed allmy food into one bag smashing all of it and put way to much flavoring in my coffee. Will not be going back and by the looks ofthe reviews the management team needs to look at the employees because your team is lacking basic customer service skills. Read more
