Love the coffee usually the service has a lil attitude
I have gone to this Dunkin donuts every single day for nearly 3 years. Have they occasionally mixed up my coffee or food? Sure.... People make mistakes. Has the line been a long wait? Yeah sometimes, during COVID EVERYWHERE has had staffing issues. But youknow why I always go to this location? They ALWAYS fox my order, they ALWAYS apologize for my wait, and they are always happy tosee me! There's been a few bad staff here and there, what store doesn't have that issue. But over all there team has always beenkind, helpful, and doing there best. Getting up early as hell to come in so when I get up early as hell and drag myself throughtheir drive through, barely even a person yet, they can get me some coffee and a bite to eat and wish me well for the rest of myday. I'm fully convinced that anyone who would give this location less than 4 stars is just a Karen who would complain about thesky not being blue enough. Love this Dunkin team!!! Every time I come to this Dunkin' donuts faithfully I'm sitting in the Drive-Thru for about 20 minutes sometimes longer this is... absurd should hire more people for drive-thru and to work the front counter there's no reason why a drive-thru should be takingabout 20 minutes to a half hour just to get a coffee Read more

I have come her multiple times because its close to my house. I have gotten the wrong coffee a couple times but it was fixed... immediately when I mentioned it by a very nice women. However!! This past Friday I went and ordered 2 donuts and a coffee. I wasgiven a Boston creme and when I told Tony it was wrong he took it back and said he would get my donuts. Then he returned with aBoston creme and one donut that was correct. He came back with my coffee and I said this is not what I ordered. He asked again,so I pulled down my mask and repeated my donuts. He grabbed the bag and came back. I opened it up and it was the same Bostoncreme and chocolate glazed donut. I waited for him to turn around and he came back to the window. I had the bag hanging out ofmy car window. He said "what now!" I was in shocked. I said this still isn't right. He grabbed the bag and when he came back Ilooked inside it was the same donuts he gave me 3 times. So I went inside. I told the lady I ordered these such donuts and wasgiven the wrong ones four times. She said he is the one that got them. Tony turned around and gave me a nasty look. So I saidand he is rude. He then yelled at me that he wasn't. So I said how is asking someone "what now?" isn't being rude. U messed u myorder and all I want is two simple donuts. I don't think that is awful to ask for the right ones. So the lady yells to me fromthe donut counter and asked what I ordered. I repeated it for the fifth time and even said please. She throws the donuts at meand the bad of the others and said just take them all. I got so apology for the mistake nothing. I called corporate and I'mwaiting for the manager to call me back. No hot cappuccino or equivalent. Got iced. Was worst coffee ever!! Have they changed coffee? Bitter and old tasting. Sandwich... was good as usual and bacon side great but coffee so bad I had to go elsewhere and get some. Couldn?t enjoy coffee with my food.Very very disappointed!! Read more
The drive through of this Dunkin? Donuts was being operated by the rudest woman ever today. When the drive through machine... wasn?t working, I drove up to the window to order instead. This woman rolled her eyes at me and sighed heavily, wanting me todrive all the way around the building and get in the back of the line again.
