We just ordered here for the first time and it was excellent. We got a variety of vegetarian dishes, some naan, and samosas and... I can't even decide what I liked best. The food smelled amazing, there is a lot of depth of spices and flavor, and it was not assweet as some other Indian restaurants I have eaten at. It made me wonder if some of the other places I have gone have beensweetening the sauces to make up for a lack of depth of flavor. Anyway, strongly recommend, the food was delicious and fresh andreally high quality. Worth the price. Read more

Little India was a great surprise. We had not visited, but our friends love it. It did not disappoint and our group left... delighted and ready to visit again. They did a great job adjusting spice to taste. Chicken Tikka Masala and Lamb Vindaloo weremy favorites. Update: We still love this friendly place with delicious food. Read more

One of the reviews here says Little India is twice as good as Karavalli. I was very skeptical of this evaluation, however, I... have to say Little India truly is far superior. Starting off, their vegetable samosas were delicious and I loved that they gave3 chutneys to choose from. The chicken tikka masala was amazing and had the most chicken I think I?ve ever had in a chickentikka dish. Finally the naan was the best I?ve had in a long time; it was soft, flaky, and buttery. I am sure the rest of themenu is just as good as what I had. Between the flavor, portion size, and price, Little India is a no doubt winner for me. Read more

We ordered a diverse assortment to try. As we kept it family style when eating. Personally I think that?s the way to go. I will... say all the flavors worked well together. Nothing tasted muted as there were bursts of spices that aren?t typically used on adaily basis for most. Super delicious!!! Read more

Went there on our way back from Lake George... I wouldn't usually want to leave a 2 star review (for small business owner) but... can't help in this case. Read more to find out... 1. We reached at 8:25 pm.. we were seated promptly. We were barely settlingdown and within 2 mins we were told (rudely) that restaurant closes at 9 pm and we should order in next 5 mins or so to be outby 9. I told them that I checked the closing time on their website (and google) before coming in and it says 9:30. But they saidthey WILL be closing at 9. My suggestion please change the hours on your website and google 2. The food was jush meh.. weordered medium spicy. The spices just lacked the balance. a. Aaloo Tikki - have never seen Aaloo Tikki like this (see pictures).Just the tikkis. no ragda, no chutney.. when we asked for chutney we were given the indo-chinese cuisine cutneys. what ajoke...! b. Biryani - we ordered 2 and barely had a spoon. was not fresh.. was sprinkled with a lot of raisins (kishmish) c.Kadai Paneer - tasted like they used canned tomatoes d. Daal Makhani - was ok e. Malai Kofta - was cold, not fresh anddefinitely refrigerated f. Butter garlic naan - this is the reason for 2 stars. Naan were really good.. soft and melting in yourmouth All in all waste of money. I guess the restaurant is a bit too Americanized for an India restaurant?? Do share yourreviews.. thx! Read more
