I've never had such a horrible, demeaning experience as I have had at this McDonald's. I truly don't know how they are allowed... to stay in business with the way their staff conduct themselves. I brought my two small children here for a quick lunch, whichI regretted immediately upon hearing the vulgarity coming from the teens behind the counter. I had politely asked them to stop,and let them know that kids were around, which seemed to upset them. After finally getting our food, we found that one of thehappy meals was missing a toy. I went to the counter with my 6 year old son and asked if we could get a replacement, to whichthe young woman with purple hair replied "You people are always looking for free stuff, huh?". I was heartbroken that a personbe so cold and racist, especially to a child. I thought we had progressed past this, but clearly not at this establishment. Igrabbed my children and left after that. I don't want reimbursement or anything like that, but an apology would have been nice.Better yet, don't hire such hateful and disgusting girls to interact with customers like that. Read more
I had my daughters party here and a staff worker was very rude swore at us was not pleased. The cake was frozen the play place... had food and ketchup all over the floors and tables. The only one who helped was 1 girl a new manager she did everything for theparty so really appreciated her. Read more
Absolute worst McDonalds ever. I have yet, in the years I've been going there, to get my order correct. Today I went there and... once again the order was wrong, and the guy taking the orders was super rude. I hate having to go there, but the conveniencewhen you have a child is hard to avoid. It's always a great time when they mess up a child's order, which is usually every time.To review, terrible employees that are rude, don't get orders right, 25+ minute wait and the food is nearly always cold. I asked for a small fry and burger fries were cold and burger bun stale. When I called to say so the manager handled the call in... such a way that I will never return to this store again. I didn't even want a refund I just wanted to make them aware that thefood was not up to standard and someone less patient will complain he stated "I don't want to deal with this or you right now"then continued on his rant. Poor service overall please drive to another McDonald's or just go to Burger King where they seem tounderstand and have better food quality Read more
I ordered food 07/29/2022 at around 5:30 to 6am and was given a bag with butter inside that had been smashed and had gotten all... over the paper bag, it seems as though they knew it had been leaking because they put the paper bag inside a plastic one. I gothome and set this bag on our furniture and made a mess. Would have been nice to have had a warning or to, I don't know, not begiven a bag with butter soaked all over the bottom. Read more
Had my wife stop here to get the family dinner 2 kids meals and a double quarter pounder meal and long behold both kids meals... came with NO French fries! double quarter pounder meal came with stail fries and a grease cover box on the outside and insidemade like it was a inconvenience to make it properly no straw for the large drink very dissapointed Read more
Visited once travelling through. Ordering was quick and on par with what one would hope for at a drive through fast food... restaurant. Used a mobile app coupon seamlessly. Dual drive through ordering kiosks offered increased processing speed. Orderwas accurate and fries were fresh. Chicken sandwich did seem a little haphazardly put together which isn't uncommon and lackedsome of the 'spicy' the title insinuated. Did not see the interior but the exterior looks to be between the new modernexperience and older style of the late 90s, which is not a negative aspect. Read more
They have a cleaning captain working during the 2nd shift w/a bit of a Napoleon complex who misread my waiting for a mobile... order (sm. decaf coffee) as loitering. Horrible attitude, who told me to leave & threatened to call the police after I calledhim out on it. They'll never see another dime from me. Not to mention that my coffee was cold & I ordered it hot.
