This restaurant is filthy. There was not one clean table in the dining room. The food area where the servers make your food was... disgusting. This restaurant needs to be inspected by the department of health. Lastly, the servers are very rude anddisrespectful. Read more

DISGUSTING...the food prep area is filthy. This place is so dirty and the lack of water to clean your hands in the bathroom is a... huge health code violation. My feet actually stuck to the floors. Every table in the dining room are covered in crumbs. Read more

This place needs a staff overhaul or new management. It is absolutely disgusting and the staff are unprepared. A simple Stack... took 45min for takeout. It was so bad people started leaving before ordering! If this was dinner rush it would be somewhatunderstandable, but we are talking 8pm on a Monday and completely unacceptable. Read more

First time to Moes. The 3 young people working behind the counter were so nice and patient despite the ac not working and a line... building as they were busy. Food was delicious. The receipt tape ran out and the guy replaced it so fast, and printed myreceipt. I will be back. Please fix the ac. Thanks! Read more

Service caliber has went down. This evening I brought the family in for a meal. The heavy set manager woman could be heard... loudly arguing with a door dash foreign guy. After they finally got him out the heavy set manager and other heavy set femaleworker could be heard using profanity (jackass etc) while I have a almost 3 yr old with me who loves repeating stuff. Line backed up to the door and the staff prioritizing the online orders before the customers that were waiting in line. Took... about 25 minutes to get from the door to the cashier. Process improvement should be made to ensure wait times for fast food arenot too ridiculous and offer staff the ability to prioritize in person customers. Read more

Food was good. Employees were rude and the place was disgusting. We were the only people in the dining area but could not find a... table that was not covered in food. Floor was also covered in food and sticky. No one cleaned while we ate. Eww gross. Read more
