Have visited Morton's Steakhouse twice now during both of our visits to the Saratoga Casino Hotel. We had dinner there once and... drinks the other time, on both occasions the experiences where great. The food is solid and the service was excellent bothtimes. Love the bar area which is situated right outside of the main restaurant. Highly recommend it here if your visiting thearea, Morton's is one of the nicest restaurants in Saratoga Springs. Read more

Mortons is an upscale steakhouse with over 65 locations. The one I went to is in Saratoga, NY, located inside the hotel lobby... at Saratoga Casino Hotel. If you love steak, it is supposedly one of best choices in the Capital District. The 3 course mealhere usually starts at $75, however I took advantage of the restaurant week to get my dining experience. My experience hereother than the wait even after having a reservation is understandable after watching other people wait for the amazingdeal. The menu features USDA prime-aged beef, fresh seafood, handpicked produce, delicious appetizers and elegant desserts. Idon't eat steak so went with Salmon for main course, with lobster bisque, mashed potato and chocolate moose. I loved thechocolate moose and decided to try key lime pie as another dessert. I'll probably just make a visit here for the dessertsagain. The location is great, food was satisfying, staff were friendly and the wait time was accounted for with us taking astroll through the casino making it an enjoyable experience. Read more
After so many years have tried the Morton in singapore. First time to try this in usa at Saratoga spring, NY. Nice ambience with... attentive service staff as usual. Wine selection over wide range to choose from but not cheap! Ordered the oyster and crab cakeas appetizer. Oyster less briny as I like but the crab cake stays great as before. Dipping with the spicy sauce made yummy. Thedisappointment comes to the pork chop as I asked how can they prepare a thick pork chop, and I said I worry the doneness in thepast that’s too dry inside due to overly cook. I asked for medium rare with pink inside. However the meat came too dry and Ihave hard time to finish it. The side order of mushroom and spinach goes well with meat. As most of the food is excellent it is important that you know none of the mains are served with any sides. Our experience the... waitress didn’t even ask if we wanted sides. So my dinner was literally one 8 ounce piece of steak that I ordered to go anddidn’t find out until I got back to the room after seeing a show. Wonderful evening at Mortons. Had a great old fashioned with the onion roll. Ordered the shrimp scampi and the shrimp were huge... and cooked perfectly. Also got the 22oz bone in ribeye which was beyond flavorful. Our two sides were the Brussel sprouts withbacon and onion which were our favorite until we tried the potatoes... You must get the smoked gouda and bacon au gratinpotatoes... they are to die for! Great service and will be back! Read more
Just celebrated my 40th birthday party at Morton’s , and I am just absolutely blown away ,This restaurant is run to... perfection! . Our server Angela , paid so much attention to detail!! she felt part of our party!!. I couldn’t Thank herenough for making my birthday so nice. The food was INCREDIBLE!! Most of the party chose the restaurant week menu and also haddrinks.. I am just so pleased and satisfied. If Angela’s personal touch and putting Happy 40th birthday on the menus wasn’tenough to make it personal …management came to the table TWICE to check on us and make sure everything was going smooth .
