Walked in looking for slices. They had only very old looking specialty slices in the hard plastic display. After noticing... several house Flys buzzing around them, I decided maybe it would be best to get a fresh 8 cut pizza. The pie i was sold cost$16.50 usd and end up being a 10" pan. It was supposed to feed my family but you can imagine the look on their face when dadcame home with what appeared to be a personal pan sized pie. I went hungry that night, but did have a bite of my wifes. Therewon't be a next time, however, I should have looked in the box before leaving. That all being said, the pizza was godawful. Thedough was was entirely too thick and made the sauce burn. Improper stretching of the dough yielded a crust that was less risenthan the dressed part. Literally looked like a little Ceasars pizza, but had 0 flavor. Such a shame. This place used to be muchbetter. They need to stop hiring these teenagers to run the shop. Lost another customer. I may have had my last meal from primos after many years. The price is so bad it?s not a bargain anymore but the quantity has... gone way down. I ordered veal sorento and got chicken with almost no toppings. Just breaded chicken. PRICE WAY UP QUALITY ANDQUANTITY WAY DOWN. TIME TO FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE. Sorry to say goodbye. The food was good, but I stood there and waited for a little over 30 minutes for a buffalo chicken wrap and potato wedges and... then when I finally get back to my place I realize part of my order is not even there. I paid almost $20 for a buffalo chickenwrap with potato wedges and did not even get the potato wedges. Read more
Ordered food around 7:30pm 3/26 $40+ as delivery. 9:20 rolls around. And my boyfriends phone rings, he missed it by a second.... But calls back. He forwarded him to voice-mail twice. I called from my phone and it says number disconnected. Store was closedbut I was still able to get ahold of someone. She was nice at first but became incredibly rude. The driver asked someone at myapartment complex if they ordered food, instead of verifying name, and delivered it to the wrong person at my complex. Everytime we order pizza we order extra cheese pizza it is never and I mean NEVER extra cheese, so why am I constantly paying... extra for it. Upset stomach after eating, but not as bad as the customer service was. Arrived to pick up online order (two pasta dishes) and... waited 25 MORE minutes after being told that it will be 5-10 minutes. Not apologetic - more of an insincere "sorry about thewait." Also, asked for extra sauce and it seems like that may have been a joke to them as I received basically a bowl of saucewith pre-cooked chicken chunks in it and a little pasta. (See pic of "extra" sauce looking like a bowl of chili) The food tastedgood but as mentioned something set my stomach off. They should move to cooking own chicken I feel. Ordered a calzone and there was o ricotta cheese in it and just piled ingredients with 0 cheese mixed in. Unsure how to even eat... it without everything falling out. Very disappointing. Read more
