Overall place was a ghost town when we went. There was four of us and we sat at a booth that was small. Our waiter was alright,... she was very talkative. Ordered onion rings and wings that were a little overpriced. Got a chicken sandwich and fries, alsooverpriced and chicken was huge and a slop of mayo on there. Fries were good and not to salty, there were multiple options fordrinks which is nice. If you ever need a quick stop to eat you should head to Red Robin. Read more

Service was great food sucked. Burger tasted like charcoal( mind you it was pink inside)like they didn't scrap the grill after... the last burger was made and my fries were raw. And the place was practically empty so the food should have been perfect notlike they had to rush through and my fiance got a burger and asked for well well done and it was still pink so he ended up justeating fries that were under done as well. I actually never ate there but I walked in with my arm in a sling just having surgery. The carpets were old and rolled on the... edges. I tripped going in but did not fall. I asked them to remove them for my safety and the safety of others. They said theycould not remove them. I Asked for a manager and no one came. My husband and I walked out! My girl got a chicken sandwich and it was almost completely raw,... when brought to the attention of the manager he offered us a gingerale and asked why it took us so long to notice it?she iscompletely sick and i don?t recommend anyone go here. Went in for lunch, was very slow. The booth we sat in had a very cold draft and was very dirty. Crayon drawings all over the... wall, food particles on the bench and table and the lighting was dark. We started with drinks. Ordered a vanilla milkshake andit was disgusting. I let the waitress know and she exchanged for a water. She told me something happened with the machinehowever, she left the shake on the table as whip cream melted and was dripping down the cup onto the table. We didn't orderappetizers because nothing looked good. I ordered fish and chips it was alright the tarter sauce was good and endless fries wasa plus. My friend ordered a crispy chicken Caesar salad and a side of zucchini fries. The chicken was really dry and overcooked. The zucchini fries didn't taste well either. There was a funny aftertaste. Again, we let the waitress know. Shebrought the manager over and they re-cooked a fresh piece of chicken and remade the salad, which was much better. Also orderedsweet potato fries and they were very good. Again, the waitress left the food we didn't like on the table. In my personalexperience I would've immediately removed anything a customer didn't like or want from the table. As for dessert, the choiceswere very limited. Only 4 choices and 3 of those were chocolate and my friend is allergic to chocolate. Both burgers ordered medium. They forgot my bacon no big deal, easy fix. But then I found a big hair on the burger. Had it... addressed and a new burger prepared, by the time it came out my party was already finished eating. The other member of myparty?s burger was like a hockey puck.
