Typical starbucks but the service here is exceptionally friendly. I live close by so I am in relatively frequently. They go out... of their way to remember me and greet me by name. No drive through but I honestly don't mind running in quick. Read more
The staff is always so friendly and respectful. Every beverage they make is made with great care and ownership. A couple of the... baristas are really good at latte art and love to personalize each beverage. I couldn?t ask for a more welcoming and communitybased store. I feel bad when the barista get disrespectful customers who seem to purposely try to get them to becomeconfrontational. This staff handles them so well. And I love that the company supports the staff in giving them the right toremove disruptive people. I even see the staff helping their homeless community. I can?t get enough of this store. Read more

This was a bit of a mess. I don?t go out for coffee too often but we stopped by before we started our drive home. First of all... the restrooms and the store itself were very dirty. I?m not used to seeing the inside of a Starbucks being so gross and messylooking. Definitely a disappointment when you are paying $5 for a cup of coffee. It was also very slow service. I will say itwas pretty steady in terms of customer traffic but hardly any drinks came out. There were 4 people working, they all seemed tobe doing something but it didn?t seem to be helping customers get their orders and leave. I ordered 2 drinks and was in here forat least 20+ minutes. The cost of the product usually means the employees are trained well and you get faster service here, nottoday. Next, a lot of the specialty ingredients were out of stock. Not fun to have to change your order a few times and thenstill have to make adjustments. On the bright side the ladies working were all very nice and the drinks were made correctly andwere tasty. After living in NYC I was shocked because I am not used to this kind of poor experience. Starbucks, clean up andget it together! Read more
