The taco was not wrapped properly. I asked for mild sauce and didn't get it. I waited a good 5 minutes at the drive through... window to get staffs attention to get napkins and sauce. The taco was disgusting. No more taco bell for me. Read more

Really bad experience, I got a taco and a fiesta potato.. the fiesta potato is beyond old, not hot nor edible, and has no... cheese. The point is for them to be covered in cheese. Taco is quite literally freezing cold, cheese did not melt in theslightest. I didn?t have time to wait more then 5 minutes for a new fiesta potato, so I had to leave just out the $8 I spent ona meal. I don?t live in this area so going in person to get it fixed or refunded is not an option. If you want edible food justskip Taco Bell all together. Never again. Read more

Taco Bell on Rt 50 is one of the best Taco Bell's in our area Time after time I have a very good experience. The staff and... managers all work together. Ordered breakfast in the drive through. Matt was taking care of us when he noticed the drink was light on syrup. He dropped... everything, refilled the syrup, and gave me a fresh drink without me even asking. Awesome to see someone still cares at fastfood restaurants. Thanks Matt! Read more

Went to the drive through today for an order and was told there would be a 10 to 15 minute wait because of mobile orders. That's... the worst customer service you can be given. Since when does the customer in front of you take a back seat to a mobile order?And amber the manager was of no help at all. Only offered excuses and no solutions. I've been in the restaurant business all mylife and one thing I know for sure is not only is the customer always right, but you don't make a customer in front of you waitfor the ones that aren't. Ordered from the app to dine inside because it's super hot out and I didn't wanna eat in the car but the dining area was closed... for some reason. So I had to take the food into my car and eat in a parking lot when I opened the crispy chicken taco to eat itit looks awful.
