The absolute worst visit to this restaurant I've ever had. Food was overcooked and dry. Never got our apps. Asked for no peppers... but the food came with peppers. The shrimp cooked in a sauce still had the tail shells on them. Waitress stopped only once tocheck on us. Took a very long time to get the food while the Waitress served others around us. UPDATE: Corporate reached out tome and said that the restaurant would contact me. They eventually emailed me. No apology, only an excuse that they wereshort-staffed. So how did our waitress find the time to check in with her other tables several times and only check on us once,after we were finished? They also said that the shrimp comes that way. Cooked shrimp in a sauce comes with the tails on them?Was I supposed to eat the shells or pick through the slippery sauce on the shrimp to peel them before I ate them? Terribleresponse... They just don't care. That's their problem. We used to frequent them all the time even though they're around 20minutes away. Won't be going back. Read more
Food was gross. The waitress was absolutely bonkers. She served us salty and burnt potato chips for apps. She took almost half... hour to bring us water which tasted as if it was straight from the toilet. She was so disorganized and a mess. Poor experiencefrom start to finish. Some of the best food. Its been a hit or miss alot lately with other places here its always perfect each time.
Service was very good, and food was great! Appetizer of green bean fries were soooo good (no pic, they disappeared too fast... lol!) Caesar Salad with grilled salmon was excellent, although a bit pricey for a salad ($15.29) JD Whisky Burger was perfect,medium well, yet verry juicy ($12.49) Chicken Fingers were great as well ($14.28) Fries are the best! But notbottomless.. Strawberry Lemonade was good, but had a strong taste of frozen strawberries from the supermarket, and $.50refills. Red Robin blows them away with both bottomless fries and free refills on all drinks (except alcohol), and theirstrawberry lemonade is literally fresh, with chopped strawberries. Overall experience here was great, food was very very good..our waitress Sierra was attentive and prompt, and very professional and personable. Read more
The service was great and so were the drinks but the food was terrible. The breading had already basically fallen off the shrimp... before it got to us. The ribs were dry and extremely chewy, just like our chicken wings. I'm not sure if they're training newcooks or something. The last time I was at this location was about 3 years ago and everything was amazing. I don't know whathappened. Read more
