Once a favorite, now “meh”. I know that getting staff is difficult. I know supply systems are not as reliable. I also know... other restaurants have responded better. The cigar bar is a perfect example of the choices being made. I’m sure there is agood chance that a busy cigar room will require less to zero staffing. The room that once had tables now has lounge chairs. Hopeit works out for them. Tonight there was one guy drinking and puffing away- zero waitstaff needed. The entire restaurantreeked. My brand new server didn’t know to ask how we wanted our meat or fish cooked. They were out of steak and one otherentree. Mind you, we were seated before 8pm. We asked about dessert and were told the kitchen was closed for the night. No onewas rude but we were given the impression it was time to go as they were ready to close early. It just seems as if the place isstruggling. I miss what it was but don’t plan on returning. Read more
Strolling through Saratoga confused what to choose from and we walk in to this place as there was no wait time. No wait time... doesn't mean they don't have good food. We ordered soup of the day (Smoked chicken chowder), crab cakes and grilled salmon. The food was consistent and good. My rating of 4 was totally based on food. The food. Like I mentioned earlier was good but Ihave had the same better elsewhere. The service and ambience are great and would rate it a 5 star. They have a great selectionof wines to choose from. This place is good for every occasion and a heaven for someone who loves wine. Read more

The Wine Bar is a small quiet gem in the heart of Saratoga. We have been there many times and the staff is great. The food has... been amazing every time we went. We had steak and it was cooked perfectly and it was tasty. They have a large selection of winefor you to choose from. It might be a bit overpriced for some people but you get what you pay for and the food was amazing. Read more
