I love Wendy's as it's my favorite fast food chain, but this new location I visited today was terrible. The interior set up is... bad. It's not very comfortable as the few tables are against the wall and you're right next to the food line and kitchen. Iordered and sat down but all the tables and the floor were dirty, filthy, and sticky and there was crinkled napkins on thebooth. I had to deliberately ask a employee to wipe off my table then in the end they ended up getting a part of my order wrong.I also have to note the condition of the bathroom. If I could give todays experience a zero star I would!!! Ordered through the drive through Jr. Bacon Biggie made it clear both... were to have no extras on it just burger bacon and cheese. Get the order to have everything on both. Had to loop around and goin to be told well they come with everything on it. I know that we said just cheese. Was then told we didn?t order that way whenclearly I did and asked can I just get just cheese. Was told again well that?s not what you ordered and we can just refund you.No I want my kids burger to be the way I ordered it just cheese. Lady proceeded to tell me I don?t have to serve you. I then hadto slam my hands on the counter and yell just give me the burger with just cheese please. To the lady with magenta hair you havezero customer service and the customer is always right. Went into wendys for lunch. Heather working the register was very rude when I tried to get my fries so they wouldn't get cold.... Told me she needed the tray and I wasn't planning on taking the tray. Wasn't allowed to get my fries until the burgers weredone. When I asked for new fries cause they weren't hot. She got mad and said just take it. That is not how you treat a customeror any person. Tried going to the Wendy's on Congress but that place is a mess and a waste of time. Found this one and OMG it's awesome!! The... dinning room was open so we could go inside and sit to eat our food. They had a cool sink in between both bathrooms which I'venever seen before. The staff was great and the food was delicious as well. We will be back in the future. Read more
Work with doordash - I show up go through the drive through because at times their lobby is randomly closed. They inform me the... lobby is open which is great. I go inside staff is on their phones, gathered around, completely ignored the fact I was therewaiting on a doordash order. W greeted me, the one on their phone started screaming at me. The rest joined in along with theirmanager when I came back from the bathroom. I got on the phone with doordash to see if I could cancel the order without penaltyas I have 0 intent to do business with a place that treats me like this. While I was doing this the staff also called the policeon me. Not only was this all incredibly rude and embarrassing to me a potential customer and member of the public to which theestablishment is open to and relies on for income, it is potentially going to cause issues with my gig work. First couple times I went here it was fine. The last time I went, which may be my very last, they had a person Rose maning the... register. We had worked together for a short time I never got along then, but she was more interested in trying to gossip withme then taking our order and I was in a hurry. She was slow because she was talking to other customers while they were sittingdown in the dinning room. I was uncomfortable talking to her if she had just done her job I'd return gladly. The food was greatand prepared quickly even though there was a fair line at the drive through window. I'd also always recommend playing with theflavors on the aoda machine inside. Absolutely the worst organized Wendy?s in the area. They will take 10-15 drive through orders without even taking people?s... orders for dine-in. Some staff members are extremely rude and are not afraid to show it. Has to be a management issue becauseclearly there is none. Will not be returning to this Wendy?s for all of these reasons.
