Went through the drive-thru at around 2:45PM on a Tuesday. I was car #5 and waited less than 10 minutes. Their crinkle fries... are back, btw, and their amazing! Only $3 ish for the large fries. They weren't as salty as in other places and feel like realfries, not cardboard. Read more
Placed my mobile order at 1:15, showed up at the restaurant at 1:25, food didn?t show up for 20 minutes after I confirmed with... the front cashier that they?d received my order. Staff was fine, systems in place made it so everyone inside and in the drivethru before my order even showed up on their system. Great job Arby?s? Saratoga Springs fast food joints are the absolute worst and Arby's is no exception. Every time we order, they always manage to... screw something up. Tonight I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich "LOADED WITH PICKLES". Those were the exact words used. Guesshow many pickles I got. ZERO. See photos. And they didn't even fill the fry container. I don?t usually come to this location but because of how close I am to this Arby?s, whenever I doordash, this is the restaurant... my food comes from. I?ve never had an issue in the past until now. let me preface by saying, I truly don?t mind writtenmessages ON sandwich boxes from the employees. however, two sandwiches I had ordered tonight had messages written INSIDE theboxes in a really smelly, black marker. the marker was so smelly that it literally made the bread of the sandwich taste andsmell like a sharpie marker. like I mentioned before, messages on sandwich boxes are fine, but this was really unnecessary andmade my sandwiches unsafe to eat. thankfully I got my money back from doordash, but I wanted to share my experience!! Decided on the boneless chicken wings and curly fries they weren't great the fries were cold. There are alot of fast food places... in this vicinity the quality of Arbys is on the same level as Hungry Lion, cold drink is bottomless so you could get full onthat. Read more
