The ice cream is good, but if you order hot food make sure to check your bag. It?s not uncommon for them to short you 2-3... burgers. First time this happened it wasn?t a big deal, but after three or four times I?ll stick with shakes. Read more
I go to this location with a friend wanting some ice cream. I order a raspberry cheesecake shake, and got a plain raspberry... shake. We knew immediately what the shake was supposed to look like because we?ve been enough times (it had a vanilla wafer init they only add those onto plain shakes), but we stir through the shake to see if it has cheesecake anyway because we?re notwanting to cause a scene. Eventually my friend goes back in to get a new one. I?ll spare the details of the story because thisreview is already really long, but basically my friend is asked to stir through the shake multiple times to see if there is anycheesecake, hears the employees bad-mouthing her to other employees, and is asked to wait until the the drive through line hasdied down and wait in line again to order a fresh one. I?m sorry but all this just for a shake? Me and my friend have bothworked in food service so we understand and tried to be patient, but it was unbelievable how disrespectful it was. I gave youguys 2 stars because I?m nice and I still like arctic circle. Their "value" burgers have more condiments and flavor then competing fast food joints (particularly when compared to... McDonald's). Their fries have a wonderful batter texture and flavor which is quite scrumptious! Lastly, the thing to get thereare their milkshakes: quite tasty and freeze better than just sit any other shake I've had. Furthermore, you can mix flavorstogether at no extra cost! A strawberry banana shake is quite tasty and the ability to request a chocolate shake with the mixinsinstead of the normal vanilla is fantastic. A chocolate moose tracks shake allows more chocolate per bite versus a normal mousetracks shake. Read more
These guys are awesome! Our car stalled in the drive-through, and the staff were super patient and understanding. They were... helpful and quickly figured out a solution to keep the rest of the line behind us moving while we got our car started again. 5/5stars for amazing customer service! Read more
Great place for shakes. Their food is good. For the kids meals they put some adult toppings like mayonnaise and lettuce, but... they have always been great to leave these off for my kids. They still have real toys in the kids meals most of the time. Mydaughter still has her easter bunny stuffy. I am also amazed at their courtesy cones. Free cones for the kids. Small, but theperfect size for little ones. Read more

We had taco salads. The lettuce was warm and limp. Large scoop of spicy hamburger, extremely dark in color, looked kind of like... dog food. Tasted ok, but visually unappealing. Not the worst experience, but disappointing. Read more
