Absolutely terrible customer service. I went though drive thru and once I got home I realized that I only got half of my food... but was charged full price. I tried to call and they passed the phone around to 3 or 4 different people and said they couldn?thear or understand me. A few minutes later my boyfriend found a hair in his nachos and they were extremely oily. I called backagain and asked for a manager and was hung up on. I called back two more times and both times went to voicemail. All I wantedwas a refund for the terrible food. 1/5 stars. Read more

The only problem I have with Beto's is actually a problem with the government. You see, with all this inflation, all these cheap... restaurants are no longer cheap. At this point, it is less expensive to get a meal at Cafe Rio than it is at Beto's. Tragically,this means I now spend more time at Cafe Rio than here. There is a special place in the hearts of young Utah men reserved forBeto's, but that place was reserved originally for a $5.99 California burrito at 1:00am. Now at 1:00am in 2022 in a (insertgovt. word for 'recession'), I have to ponder whether I truly want to have to sign a receipt $11.00 and write in "--" for thetip. Apparently, schools have replaced "English II" in high school curricula with "Tips are Expected for Employees doing theBare Minimum 101". And at 1:00am, before receiving my bag of food, I have a mild fear that not leaving a tip will have morerepercussions than usual on my tummy. All that aside, this Beto's does a pretty good job, and I doubt more than 5 people readthis between now and the end of the internet, which I predict to occur in y2k+40. Read more

I love this Betos. I'll go for a breakfast burrito every once in a while. I ask for no cheese, dairy allergy, and they remember... every time. Usually there isn't a line and they get through people at the drive-thru at a good pace. Good food for the price. Read more

One of the best Mexican fast food restaurant. The morning shift staff is very friendly and they delivered my food in 5... minutes!!! they are amazing. So we came to order some food and the first burrito the guacamole was bitter. I pay the full price and I saw their policy about... their quality of their food. So I go politely to the restaurant and I asked for the burrito again. No issues. Then the secondburrito had the meat burned and it was bitter. Not even taking a full bit I was able to tell. So again I go back and let themknow. Then apparently they opened the burrito to see what is wrong. One said the meat was not burned and then another said thatit was just how the burrito is. They said the cook doesn?t nest to replace the burrito again. So they said we will give you arefund. I was not interested in the refund but a quality meal for what I paid for. Then I asked for the manager?s name and Isaid I will talk to him because they need to correct their policy. Anyways finally after 5 min usted they decided to make ourfood again. Ended up getting rolled tacos extra cheese it looked like somebody use the restroom on top of my plate nine dollars for a bean... and cheese burrito that?s got less than a quarter cup of beans in there which was supposed have extra cheese sour cream and noneof that came on it and I?ve got a two taco plate that came with one taco and again looks like someone used the restroom on topof my plate never go there disgusting asked to speak to a manager manager couldn?t even get on the phone because she doesn?tspeak English never go there disgusting! Good Mexican food, authentic, nice workers, love the salsa bar with a ton to choose from, decent price. A must try if you're... wanting somewhat fast, big portions, tasty Mexican food. Not sweet like cafe Rio, which they're great too, just this gives alittle variety. Read more

This is by far the worst Mexican food I have EVER had. Our meal started with us having to clean our own table. Our table was the... least dirty of options, it was clear that none of the tables had been wiped down possibly all day. My order was a chimichangawith shredded beef. It was a literally tortilla and onion chimichanga. The picture shows all the onion I had (and I?m talkinghuge chunks) JUST in the front portion of my chimichanga. There were FOUR LAYERS or tortilla and literally almost no meat as youcan see in the other picture. It was actually inedible. All three things we ordered (kids quesadilla, chimichanga, and streettacos) were dismal. It was clear they try to cut costs giving as little meat as possible and trying to bulk it up with onion as2/3 of the street tacos were onion and cilantro. We will NEVER be eating here again.
