When I walked into the restaurant, the only employee I saw, who I could tell was an employee, was laying down on a bench. When... he stood up, he looked like he had just rolled out of bed. Even his pants, at first glance, looked like pajamas. I heard otherpeople while I was waiting for my food, but I never saw them. There were no problems with placing my order, but as soon as Iwas done, two people came in from outside and walked through the employee door to the area behind the counter. The three of themthen went outside. I can only speculate what they were doing outside since I didn't stand there watching them. When the employeecame back in, he walked to the back and scooped up some hash browns and grabbed a breakfast sandwich. Remember my previouscomment, I never saw another employee in the store. This means that nobody came up front and cooked a sandwich or threw somehash browns in the fryer. Which also means that there was a sandwich and hash browns sitting there when the employee wentoutside to "chat" and made me stand there waiting. The food was also cold. Read more
This is now the third time in a row that I have visited this location for a quick burger, only to be greeted with kids in the... back, goofing off, not working, my order taking FOREVER to come out, and the third time in a row they've got my order wrong! I'mdone. This place is an absolute joke. I worked in fast food for years in my teens, and never gave my customers such a horribleexperience. I would recommend you visit another one of the fine burger establishments in the area instead of wasting your timehere. Read more
For the most part the order was decent. The fries were crispy and delicious; however, they some how manage to burn the buns, and... not just a little. They also left off the mayo and ketchup off of the Whoppers. Read more
You know, this Burger King gets a bad rap because it?s perpetually understaffed, closes early, and whatever else. But every time... I go I am delighted by how nice the drive thru people are. They?re overwhelmed and it shows, but hey if anyone wants their foodfaster they could always encourage their kids to apply here, since staffing seems to be the main issue. And then when I get homeand eat the food I remember why I don?t love love BK, but it?s alright for this meal since I already spent money on it. Alsothey have some good coupons. Read more

I ordered the bacon melt and received something totally different. They even repeated what my online order was when I arrived... and yet it was wrong. I don?t live close by to just take it back. I call and no one ever answers the phone. This seems to happenevery time I visit this location, cold, wrong or missing items every single time. Very disappointed again!
