We received the wrong order entirely, a chicken and steak burrito instead of the two pork barbacoa burritos, which I can... understand to some degree when you?re busy. But this is not the first time. Unable to get our original order, these otherburritos were terrible. The steak was dry and the tortilla was also somehow dry. The chicken sang a single note of salty andthere was cheddar on top for the ?Enchilada Style?. Hard rice, chalky beans, and a messy bag from the poor packaging were themetaphorical cherry on top. (We had to move the items to our own plates because of the mess). Take the time to go pick up anorder from a different Cafe Rio - The gas and/or delivery fee will be worth it for an actual Cafe Rio experience, not thisknock-off location. Read more
Great food and very quick service. We stopped here for lunch and I ordered the a burrito with spicy green chile pork.
This was kind of a unique situation. Accidentally when buying a gift card for a friend, my daughter by accidentally entered in... the gift card amount under the tip section. I didn?t know how to ask for my daughter?s money back, but the manager was extremelynice and very helpful. The name on the receipt is Brett. I don?t know if that is his name. We quit ordering from this location for about 6 months because we always had issues. We finally decided to give it another... chance and today was so fast and my order was sitting waiting for me to pick up instead of half in the wait 30 minutes. Thestaff was also very friendly. I am excited to be able to order from this location again. I don't know if they got new managementor new staff, but whatever they did totally worked! Read more
So ridiculously slow. I ordered on the app and they're an hour behind. How does that happen? People coming in and waiting in... line only had to wait 15 minutes. What is the point of having the "next available time" notification in the app? Employees wereliterally standing around. They had 20 people working so it wasn't a staff shortage. Of course my receipt didn't have thesection with the instructions to Leave a review for management. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT EAT HERE!! This picture was taken an hour before they were supposed to close. This was all the food that they had left. Employees seem to... only be interested in leaving the second they lock their doors. This is not a rare occurrence. I just finally decided to takethe time and post this review after consistently receiving the same poor service time after time. The first two employees were deep in conversation and not paying attention. The others were engaging and helpful. My other... disappointment was with the beans. They were undercooked and a bit crunchy. This was embarrassing as I was introducing some outof state friends to Cafe Rio. It also didn't help that we were given the wrong pork for a salad and I found a small piece ofwood in my burrito. Did I tell them this? No. I've learned Cafe Rio managers take things personally.
