Friendly staff and a lot of choices. It?s a great place to stop for a quick treat. The customer service is also amazing, I was... accidentally overcharged around 25 cents or so by a new employee who made an honest mistake. I would have never even noticed.But he called over a more experienced employee as soon as he realized his mistake and they fixed it for me. They really careabout their customers and it shows. We come here very often and this is the first time I have had such terrible service. Normally when we come its a couple people... working, tonight they had 8. So, you would think we would have great service. Well everything was fine, until we went to ask forlids. My daughter went up to ask for lids, because she likes to ask for things. I followed to make sure she got help. When wegot up to the register, there was only one person being helped, so I thought great we would be helped with no issue. Nope! I sawatleast 5 employees look straight at me but didn't ask if I needed help or anything. Normally, in a service industry, if you arebusy you acknowledge someone and say we will be right with you. Not a peep from all 5 who saw me standing right in front of theregister. Next, a guy who was walking back and fourth walked up and asked the people behind me if they needed anything. Excuseme, am I invisble? Maybe he thought I was there for chocolate, who knows. But if he asked instead of assuming what I needed, hewould have found out all he had to do was grab some lids. I have no idea why he asked the people behind me first, baffles me.So, maybe one of the other 6 people would have walked up and asked. Nope! Well 5 mins has passed of me standing in front of theregister, and the one person who was being helped with ice cream has moved down all the way to the register. Well, I thought theperson coming down to ring up the other customer would have asked the person standing in front of the register if they neededhelp. Nope, acted as if I was invisible as well and begun ringing up the other person. I had to move my daughter out of the wayso this person could purchase their ice cream. Could have avoided the awkwardness if she just asked if we needed something.Finally, after she rung them up walked away and came back, she asked what she could do. All of this for some lids. I first tried this Cold Stone a couple of years ago and did not have a great experience. However, I have been back a few times,... so I feel like it's time to update my review. I have not had another bad experience since then. The kids generally work hard tomake sure the customers have a fun way to get a delicious treat. The restaurant is clean and generally runs well. Even whenthey've got a line to the door they get you through pretty quickly. (They've got 5 small tables to sit at inside) PRO TIPS(especially if you're bringing your kids): -Ask them to toss the ice cream! They're trained to throw the ice cream in the air,which makes it exciting! -They have a kids sized scoop... You don't have to buy a $5 ice cream for your 4 year old! It's not onthe menu, but they'll do it for you. (They put a topping on rather than mixing it in, but my littles don't complain!) -Tip themand they'll sing a song! Read more
Good as always (the three times I've been). Generally pretty expensive though.
The lobby is clean and the staff is friendly. The ice cream is terrific. I got the Berry Berry ???? and Dad got the chocolate... devotion. Read more
