Hi all. Jersey Mike's has proven time and again to be the most supreme and pristine sandwich and/or sub shop in the world. Each... visit to any given location leaves me feeling better than I did before. My particular favorite location is the West Jordan one,due to the impressive fact that thier sub consistency is damn near perfect. This respective location has been somewhatinconsistent however. I have purchased my regular order (A #9 on Rosemary Parm, Mike's Way?, extra juices) a handful of times,but each time has ranged from the usually pleasuring food consumption experience, to sub-par miniscule delight. The subs themselves are good. It just takes FOREVER to get them. Went through the drive-thru and waited forever just to order... and then sat at the window for about 15 minutes before anyone even opened the window. The girl was just standing there butdidn?t even open it to say anything to us until she handed us the food. We considered driving away but had already waited 40minutes total at that point. These sandwiches are the best thing to come to Saratoga Springs! So so so good. The drive through, however, made me think I... might be spending the night there, with no sandwich, so they do need to get that figured out! Hopefully it?s just a case ofbeing a new location! Read more

Showed up in the drive through at 2:15 with about 5 cars in front of us. Here we are at 3:05 still not even to the window. If... you?re looking for a reasonable wait time, I?d recommend elsewhere. Update: after an hour we finally get to the window to getour 2 sandwich?s and they forget one. Would give 0 stars if possible. Read more
A little pricy but definitely better than a normal sub place. We tried a few different sandwiches and the ones with the most... toppings were the best. (For example, the Portobello mushroom sandwich felt like it was lacking toppings) so make sure to addall the toppings you like. Read more
Went through the drive through and ordered two sandwiches. Both ended up different from what I ordered. Would recommend walking... in or checking your order befor you leave the parking lot. Read more
I love sandwiches and have had jersey mikes a couple of times, this is my favorite location by far. All the staff are super... helpful and the last few times I've gone there's been a griller Dante, that grills everything perfectly I've been veryimpressed. However, This most recent time I visited, there were some girls swearing and I didn't think it was super professional(that's why its only four stars) but other than that its always a great experience!! ???? ????
