I have tried to give this place a few chances because I know they are busy on Saturday's, however I?m done. Bought 5 French... toast and they decided to shove all FIVE into one bag. I go to this location often and they?re usually pretty slow in the drive-thru, but food is normally great and friendly service.... Giving 1 star because this is the second time I was given breakfast that looked and tasted so burnt, I ended up throwing therest of the pancakes away. It happened two weeks ago with the French toast, burnt on the outside and raw bread in the middle. Read more
I feel like I got scammed, haha. I?ve gotten the French dip many times and I know it?s usually two halves and not just one. I... paid $10 for this. The girl in the drive thru even told me as she handed it over that I got the last one of the night, so in mymind I?m thinking they didn?t even have enough to make me a full sandwich. If that?s the case then tell me so I can ordersomething and get my moneys worth. Read more
Great Saturday morning breakfast. Unlimited French toast for the win. Did not disappoint. We did need to wait in line quite a... bit for refills and water cups. Would love to see them be more productive about getting additional helpings out. Read more
Saratoga springs location is terrible. Their breakfast has gone downhill and the club sandwhich that use to be amazing is just... as bad! I have been to this location at least 4 times and am always disappointed. The club sandwhich has NO sauce at all so it?ssuper dry and the meat is flavorless. Do not go here. I don?t recommend the French toast and ESPECIALLY the bacon. The bacon isso thin, cold and gross- microwave bacon. I asked for different bacon and got the same thing (in picture). POSITIVES: the staff here are pretty friendly. The ambiance is quite inviting with its cozy, homey feel. Some of their food here... tastes amazing. For instance, the Mexican Omelet had such an amazing flavor from the pico de gallo combined with the crema. Theall-you-can-eat French toast that they served is pretty large. NEGATIVES: they are pretty slow, but you gotta kind of expectthat these days, what with the pandemic and all. The price seemed decent for what you get. I wasn't too impressed with theirtoast, a basic wheat bread that lacked oomph and flavor. PRICE: about $8-12 per person. VERDICT: I would come here again if mywork brought me, because I'm interested in trying some other options. But for the price, it wasn't quite as impressive as Ihoped, so I'm not dying to go back. Ordered food through Ubereats. App said it?s ready for pick up and no one seemed to know what the heck was going on with our... order and had to wait forever for them to figure out, they ended up remaking our food so my husband and two kids left after 30mins dealing with this pick up order. Will never return. It?s ridiculous. OMG and I got our salad turkey ?avocado? ?bacon?salad, came with 3 small cubes of avocado and no bacon. I?m calling the restaurant for the refund.
