Complete disorganization?the place is overrun with young teenage staff, over half of which seem to be standing around unaware of... what to do or just hanging out listening to music. I came inside and ordered 8 plain pizzas and was told they?d be ready in 15minutes? over 30 minutes later I asked how much longer it would be and they said all the pizzas they had went to people waitingin the drive-through and they didn?t know where my order was. To the manager?s credit, she immediately refunded me my money andmade the pizza?s fresh? for that 3 stars instead of 1 and a big thank you! Read more

I will still continue to eat here because it?s is great and cheap food to eat. However, I post this in hopes that some things... can change at this location. I pulled up today in the drive through and there were probably 4-5 employees hanging out the backdoor running around and screaming. Then each time I come here asking if certain pizzas are available because the sign shares?Hot and Ready between 4-8? are never ready. So, I just get cheese and pepperoni which is fine. When I get home the pizza is notcut all the way through and I need to cut it. Which I know is not that big of a problem. I just worry about this team andlocation. Overall it was good just super busy on a weekend when all parents are getting pizza! Not the staff fault it took forever. Drive... thru is still the way to pick up here as it went faster than the inside and you don't have to hear people complain. Well atleast people you don't know. Read more

The date is Friday, 9/16/2022, the time i went was 8:45pm. First off, they messed up my order. I got charged for something, but... it was never given to me. Whoever was working on the drive-through needs to drop their attitude. I own my own business, and if Ihad an employee talking to customers like that, they would be fired immediately. When I tried to order a pizza that wasn?tpepperoni or cheese they said ?we don?t sell different types of pizza after 8 PM. We only sell cheese and pepperoni?. That hasNEVER been the case when I have gone to little ceasers. So is this a new policy, or is this just pure laziness? Either way, itseems like a terrible mistake. So I went here today. They weren?t busy at all. I told them I could wait for fresh pepperoni pizzas. I got my two pizzas,... checked the top one: looked great. When I got home we ate the first one and it was amazing. We opened the second one and saidwhat is this?? This second pizza tasted like it was made 4 hours ago. I?m so upset about this. This location used to be good but lately the waits are absolutely ridiculous and you have to tell them several times what you... ordered just for them to still get it wrong. We ordered online today for an order that was supposed to be ready between 1:34 and1:39. We got there right at that time and they didn't even start making our pizza until about 10 minutes after that, and didn'tget the pizza itself until almost 2:00. This was in the drive thru as well so everyone behind had to wait at least 30 minutesextra to get their food. I get that it's lunchtime but come on, you've got to figure out how to deal with crowds as arestaurant. Everyone else does. Really disappointed, this isn't the first time that they've done this to us either-it's happenedat least 3 times. Apparently pick up with little Caesars isn't a viable option yet. I'm very hesitant to give just one star because I love Little Caesar's and they are a great affordable option, but this location... needs to make some changes. They don't cut their pizza all the way through so you have to do it yourself. I ordered online tosave myself from standing in line, it was a 90 min process. When I arrived I still had to wait 15 min in line to pick up mypizza. I was missing two bags of bread sticks and the one bag I did receive had 2.5 bread sticks in the bag. I hope you all makesome changes and maybe get some quality control in the order and pizza making process. Read more
