Give this person a raise. I got my chicken nuggets all lined up, and it made my day.
Don't go to this one. They close early im here at 130 am for doordash and they have had it closed down since 1 am all though... there open untill 2am. The employee are Disrespectful improper trained. The skinny kid with the long hair wants to get in myface when I'm trying to pick up a order to tell me I'm not getting it. As if he is going to square off on me? No one under 25should be a manager if that's even what he is although that's what he said he was but a manager has nore professionalism thanthat. I will contacting the franchise owner over this. This location had great service until the last 10 months or so. 3 times now they have asked us to pull forward from the drive... through line and wait - then completely forgotten about us. We have to walk inside to get our food. The food we receive isoften incorrect. Read more
I?ve gone to this McDonald?s often. Today I went there provided my code with the app and said I submitted for the large fry for... $1. The girl told me that the code is for only points that they don?t do the deals. I said ok, here?s my code 71 35. I get tothe first window and ask the kid why they don?t do the deals. He was super nice and said we do, did you have a code? I said yesI gave the girl the code. He looked at my receipt and it didn?t show a code entered in. He said to ask the next window for the$1 fry. At this point there are people waiting and I wasn?t going to make it a hassle. Then I looked at my receipt and sheforgot to add a drink I ordered as well. She was very rude when taking my order and I knew exactly who it was. I go to thisMcDonalds all the time. I think it?s rude to treat customers that way. It's a new level of professionals at this McDonald's. Julia J. at the drive-thru payment window is sharp, attentive, and... politely anticipates the customer. Nobody ever seems mentally present in the monotonous job of taking payment, but she was,which was a refreshing surprise. I mentioned it to Nate, who was at the second window, and he immediately encouraged us tomention her great work. That's real team player mentality. When our food took a minute longer than normal to be ready, Natequickly and politely offered us concessions with a constant smile. I wasn't in a hurry, so I didn't need them. But the genuinefocus on customer experience over just churning out bags of food was a delightful experience. Separately, our food order wasfresh and accurate. It's a McDonald's... You know what you're getting when you walk in the doors. However, I want to give them props for their... remodel. The lobby is updated and really nice. And the play place is awesome. My 7 & 11 year old spent over an hour beingentertained, which is not normal for the old school play places in other stores. I also liked that they did have a cashier atthe counter, I was not required to use the kiosk if I didn't want to. I know some McDonald's make you use them. Read more
This was the most ridiculous experience I?ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I can here Friday because my kids wanted to... play in the play area. I waited 5+ minutes at the register for someone to help me. The employees where just staring like theydidn?t know what to do. While I was standing there 3 other people came up with mistakes in their orders and or missing items intheir order. I finally got my order in and waited for my food. When I got our food neither of the happy meals had their chickennuggets. I then had to wait in line again to get those. They also locked the bathrooms so it?s very inconvenient to take smallchildren since you have to ask and then wait for them to unlock the bathrooms. My daughter who is 5 had to go twice.
