This locations operation on Halloween was horrific. I've never seen such a unorganized and blatantly irresponsible business... operation. My wife ordered at 9am for pizza and breadsticks for a pickup at 3:45pm. When I got there to pick up 50 peoplestanding in line and the employees said they were 2 hour delay! 2 hours! That is ridiculous. There was stacks of pizzas on theback wall that people weren't picking up. To top it off our order got lost and had to wait another hour. So we waited for 3 hrsfor a pizza and breadsticks (which we never got because they ran out). I'm sorry but if you can't fulfill orders close to thealloted time you need to stop taking more orders. I will no longer do business with you. I ordered pizza hours in advance to be told it would take 2 more hours. When I asked for... a refund it took your employees 10 minutes to issue the refund. Would have taken 30 seconds to make the pizza. You had a lineout the door of people waiting for pizza and instead of prioritizing people who are there you decided to tell them to wait forabsurd times.. You had employees literally doing nothing but telling people to wait My last two orders were wrong. They didn'tget made. Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. Halloween night was a straight up disaster. Online orders were 2+ hours behind... meanwhile they had pizzas stacking up behind them for orders people had yet to pick up. It was absolutely ridiculous. Read more

I love this place! The amount of variety that they have is great. They have the typical create your own pizza, which is always... an added bonus. The pizza never lets us down! Even though you do have to bake it on your own, I would definitely recommend PapaMurphy's over Little Caesar's or Pizza Hut Read more
