When to this location and open the door at 09:50 and the worker said ?We closed!? I just seen a car order and get food how come... your close that fast. I told her your signs say closed at 10 pm and your open sign is showing that you are open and the doorsare unlocked. I had few bad experiences in the past with riding food and customers service. Save the headache. We ordered online and waited over 20 min past the pick up time. There were two employees and 0 customers... when we arrived. Once home we see one of our sandwiches was missing meat! No meat at all (ordered spicy Italian). Not goingback. Read more
I used to work here about a year ago, and decided to stop by. A lot has changed since then, not the least of which is a full... store remodel. I really like the new look. It looks clean and professionally done. It makes me so excited to see it! I wouldhave pictures, but I forgot to take any, I?ll probably come back and update this when I do. Chris did an amazing job with mydad and I?s sandwich?s, and was super fun to talk to! Having worked here, I know how frustrating it is to have a messy/sloppysandwich (although the more stuff you put of it, the harder it is to not end up with that, again speaking from experience)However he did a fantastic job with them, I don?t think I could have done a better job myself! I?ve been to this location many times, but today Chris helped make my sandwiches. I had 5 foot longs to make and he was so fast,... friendly, and a true sandwich artist. Very impressed! Read more
Didn?t have the meatball sub the past 5x I?ve been. Also didn?t have the steak sandwich the past time I went. They take forever... making the sandwich by moving on to different customers who ordered after you; letting the sandwich sit on the line while theother persons is made. We came in asking for a pretty big order of nine foot long sandwiches and the staff was super cool about it and jumped to it.... Kayden especially took charge, was super professional and nice and got it done super fast! He made sure each of the sandwicheshe made was super well done, thank you Kayden! Wasn?t too thrilled today. I asked for extra sauces but didn?t think it was going to ruin my sandwich. The other side was the... absolute worst. I used probably 10 or more napkins. It was kind of sloppy. Customer service was nice and quick but this sandwichwasn?t my favorite. Read more
