Trying to help this place out. They are short staffed, not by fault. Quick to take care of customers whenever they get a sec. No... one has a chance for a break. I honestly appreciate the diligence of all the employees. Great place for a quick bite of cravingsfor a movie night. Worth the wait, food was still hot when I got home, and tasted amazing. Waited in line for an hour to get my order taken only to find out that the person who was supposed to take orders didn?t want to... and wanted to make burgers instead. Manager then was expedited and taking orders, but for every 2 orders she would go prep 6mobile orders. I understand short staff but this place has no control over their own staff and they were beyond slow. It?s alocation that would benefit from a kiosk to order from instead of having to wait for someone or any type of signage orcommunication to do mobile orders only. 1 1/2 at Wendy?s for a lunch with 3 kids isn?t how I want to spend my Saturdays.Especially when every other order is complaining to the staff for how long things are taking. Apparently you have to assemble your own sandwich. Ordered a honey butter biscuit. They forgot the chicken. No big deal... right?They made the chicken patty?s and gave in separate container. Biscuits were super hard and the staff seemed to be put offby my request to get the sandwich I ordered correct. Cooper that took the order was polite and accommodating. The manager, notso much. I've never tried their food at this location because I made the mistake of going into the store instead of going through the... drive through. You will wait 20+ minutes and the line won't even budge. If you want fast food, don't enter this location. Edit:I went through the drive through and ordered a frosty. It tasted really good, like all chocolate frosties should. Read more
They have 2 bathrooms designed for 2 people each. Automatic toilets, faucets, and towels. Changing table in the stall. Handicap... bars. The service is hit or miss depending on the crew that day. Sometimes you wait in a long line inside while all of theattention goes to drive through. Today the inside service was fast and they were really nice to everyone through the whole lunchrush. We waited in line for almost 20 minutes while the employees continued to service the drive-thru window we were standing in line... along with eight other people they did not help us for at least 20 minutes people started leaving a line I went up and asked ifthey were going to take our order we came in the store and not through the drive-thru service is terrible at this Wendy's. We absolutely love having a Wendy less than 10 minutes from our house. If you are able and have time it would be worth your... effort to drive over by eagle mountain Macy's and look for the hamburger joint with a giant beam shining into the sky as if itis God sent. Just kidding but it is an excellent place to eat and there is another restaurant nearby there with every bit as biga name, but the last time I ate at their drive up they put my sandwiches in sideways and everything went to the bottom of thehamburger pouch. But not Wendy's, the food is outstanding and everything I would expect from Wendy's, and I love getting my foodreal quick going home and still having a hot Burger. You probably don't want to know the competition around Macy's. There's aPizza Hut that I haven't been to since the second month they were moved in. There's an Arctic circle next to it.
