This location without fail, disappoints every single time. Gave the wrong blizzard and all ice cream was melted.

Food is good. We always get our kids birthday cakes from them and they always have great selections, unlike some other... locations. Read more

The food is alright however it's anything but fast . I would never attempt the drive through as everytime I've gone it's been... lined up out their parking lot and into moving traffic and most people in line have their vehicle turned off due to having notmoved for 5 or more minutes at a time . Definitely go in and be prepared to be there a while Read more

Clean restaurant and friendly staff, food and ice cream are both below average though. Typical fast-food that's not very good,... there's better options for a quick and cheap meal. Ice cream is also pretty average - they don't even have waffle cones anymore. This used to be the only real dedicated ice cream in Chilliwack besides local spots (like farms), but now that Marble Slab andBanter are in town... there are way better options. I used to live in Chilliwack and have not been to this DQ in a few years. I was visiting Chilliwack and we had a craving. I... went to pick up a PB parfait and a milkshake. First impression in the store was it was a bit dirtier than usual. This wasaround 8:30pm and it was not very busy. When I got up to order, I presented my app for my DQ rewards points. I was promptlytold ?we don?t have scanners here?. Okay I am thinking?why not? I want to get my points. A franchise should offer this atevery location. After receiving my items, a huge thing for me is getting served paper straws for things like milkshakes. Idon?t care if it?s a bylaw. Paper Straws provide a terrible taste experience for a milkshake because of the aeration effect. The irony is the shake and parfait were in plastic cups and a plastic spoon for the parfait. The only thing that SHOULD HAVEBEEN plastic is the dang straw. This may not be this DQs fault, but this still affects my experience. Are there not betterpaper straws? The last comment is the PB parfait - in comparison to my usual DQ in Kelowna, there were hardly any peanuts inthe parfait and it was also lacking in hot fudge. All I can compare against is other DQ experiences. This location hasdeclined from what I recall a few years ago and certainly does not stack up to others I have been to. Read more

Place isn?t too clean. They try their best with service because they sure are busy during the summer. Only get blizzards and... they have been good every time. This place needs a remodelling, it is super old. Read more

So I normally like DQ but lately whenever I?ve been going it?s been horrible. Either burnt or undercooked. Terrible food... portions!. I have been getting skip the dishes lately. I always get the chicken strip basket. Lately I have either been gettingmissing nuggets or small portions of fries. Not worth it. I?m not sure how to post photos but I would gladly post what I gotwhen I received it by email. Read more
