Order using the kiosk machine. All food was hot and drink was cold. Too heavy on the salt though.
Most visits we are just handed our food without a word ever being spoken thru the drive thru
Do NOT order via the app. I spent 30 minutes waiting to get up to the window only to have to argue what I had paid for. I left... without my full order just to get away from ghetto questioning as if the order I had paid for was fake and I was trying to stealsomething. Read more
Often messes up or forget to put items in bag. Staffs rude and too busy horse playing to take care of dine in area or... customers. Food just ain't right at times. It's an embarrassment to Sardis as this is one of less than a handful of places tovisit for food. Read more
Parked and went inside to discover that these people don't want customers inside! Sign on door said "Come on in" but we were... obviously not welcome. Ordered on the self service kiosk and waited over 10 minutes to get cold food. I thought McDonaldsadvertised "cooked when you order a 1/4 pounder. Not mine! It was stone cold and extremely dry. The mocha machine was down..ugh. so I didn't get a Peppermint Mocha, but the nice lady did offer me a mocha frappe! Breakfast... was fresh and hot and quite tasty. There is nothing better than McDonald's when it's good ???? ???? Read more
Hours are not very late but they always get my order right- which is rare for fast food. Consistent taste for other McDonalds
