We never order out but last night was a special occasion, you guys showed me why I'm sticking to cooking my own food. We... recieved what I'd say is half our food. For example My blue cheese burger had no blue cheese and 15 french fries on the side.Last I checked there's no shortage of potatoes in this world , yet prices keep soaring. This evening, my family and I ordered dinner for delivery from Brownstones. Upon delivery, meals from our order were not in the... bag. I called the restaurant to ask them to remedy the issue or deliver the missing food. The manager would not remedy the issueand told me our only option was to come pick it up (after we already paid for delivery). When speaking on the phone he wasincredibly unprofessional, argumentative, and rude. In the end, we are left with no food or refund... Very unacceptablecustomer service. Read more

Visited after not going for years and remembered why I don't go. Server was very short with us, seemed like we were bothering... her to place an order, we could tell she wasn't paying attention when we ordered and we confirmed a couple items with her andshe still managed to mess up 2 out of 4 meals. When she brought out the wrong stuff we asked her about it and were met with asigh and eye roll. We were nicely sat next to the stinky bathrooms which gave us the opportunity to watch either the manager orsupervisor come out of the bathroom with his hands still down his pants doing up his fly and then 10 seconds later he washelping deliver food to a table. Definitely didn't have time to wash his hands between touching his junk and touching thosecustomers food. Absolutely disgusting. Portion sizes were definitely smaller than expected for the price. Drinks were extremely pricey. Some of them were only the size of a shot and they still wanted 10.50 a piece. And it wasn?t even... a big mixed drink either. Ordered an appetizer and never got cutlery or napkins or anything. Not great service. Waitress askedif we needed anything else and we said we were finished and ready for the bill. Then she disappeared for about 20 minutes andproceeded to help the table of guys drinking beside us. Mediocre at best. Read more

We have been twice in the past. Both times service was slow, servers were inexperienced and food was subpar for the price... charged. On the most recent visit, I ordered one piece of fish n chips priced at $17. It came as a processed piece with drycrusted batter which had obviously been pulled out of a box and microwaved. For the prices charged I expect a better overallexperience. Will not be returning. Read more

Very happening and great vibes. Drinks are best they serve. Top long island and moscow mule is couple of drinks you should try.... Food is delicious and also staff is professional in their work. For vegetarian or vegan there is no options, only nachos. Foodis 4/5. If you want to have some great time with friends, must go place in sarnia. Read more

It's four and a half, really. The only thing was that the Buffalo chicken nachos didn't feel enough like nachos but the food... was great. Service was very friendly and really nice. The girl was new but still took the time to give drink recommendations aswell as asking for our opinions on things she hadn't gotten around to trying yet but we had ordered. She was also good atchecking in with us, making sure we didn't need anything else. Was very patient when we needed more time to decide. Food wise, Irecommend the Buffalo chicken wings and the calamari. It's also cheaper if you go after 8 cause there's $10 appetizers so it'snice to have a few drinks while snacking on those. Went Thursday night and it wasn't terribly busy, the place is big andaccommodates a lot of people. Drink wise, I recommend the rum punch and the tidal wave.
