I like their Italian Wedding soup, and so does my son. He was sick and wanted Italian Wedding from East Side. For $7.99, I was... expecting a decent portion. I was shocked when I poured it in a bowl. The attached image is the full contents of the small cupthey give you for $7.99. Considering you get unlimited when you order an entree and eat in, I figured it would be at least asmuch as you’d get in a can of soup for $1.99. Never again. Increase your portions or lower the price. This was 100% a rip off. Read more
Server was great, food was good. Womans bathroom needs attention. Taps are flopping around the sink, not secured. It's like a... game, see if you can shut the water off. You would think whom ever cleans it would mention it. Paper towel dispenser is jammed,fair enough but no excuse for taps flailing around. Would I recommend, yes but please maintain your bathrooms. Our waitress was amazing!! Her name was Nicole M, and she did everything she could to make up for the terrible food we received.... My sister in laws pasta was undercooked, my husband's fish was overcooked, and my mother in laws food was not brought out fresh.My husband took one bite of the fish and we sent it back. He also had soup with his meal, but it was cold and tasteless. Whenour Bill came we were told the owner took off the fish but added an extra soup because my husband had been brought a soup withhis meal (the soup was supposed to be included with the meal) my husband didn't eat the soup either, so I don't understand howcharging us for an extra one makes any sense. We will never come back here. $70, and my husband didn't even eat. Read more
It’s so stressful taking the kids out but i was craving a good meal. We had absolutely the most amazing experience at eastside... last night. Our waitress was absolutely amazing. I ordered a sangria & we spilt it she just moved us to a different both theycleaned it all up & got me another drink ???? she was amazing with our kids! Our food was fast and delicious! We seriously havehad the hardest time finding good service in town but last night was over the top AMAZING! I wish i got our waitress’s namebut the waiter who was also working he was so kind & helpful as well. Awesome job & thank you for the semi relaxing night out!We will definitely be back soon Read more
Second time at this restaurant. First time for lunch was good. No issues. This meal, my child was served uncooked / raw chicken... finger. Luckily my wife noticed before he ate it. Will not be back. Regardless, serving uncooked poultry to a child isunacceptable anywhere! Read more
The food here is really good and the service is always super friendly. The hells kitchen chicken is really good if you like... anything spicy or buffalo flavored. Yes the food is pricey but worth the money Read more
That was my first time here. I've to wait 7 minutes before being seated, as the host was over the phone. I was very close to... leave after all the waiting time, but I've decided to stay. We got seated and the waitress came to present himself. He told usthat he was busy and would take a few minutes before being able to take our order. However, he took over 17 minutes beforecoming back to take our order. I can understand to be busy, but that is a little too much. In the main time, three other tableswere seated and got their orders placed by another waitress before us. The food was good. The tap beer was flat and isexpensive. Read more
Went there with my sister for the Italian wedding soup. Food is good . I don't normally notice the music , but they played metal... and totally inappropriate music for eating out , I actually asked who was in charge of the Playlist, they let some 20 yr oldbartender control it . It was so not the music one wants to hear while eating , acdc among other totally inappropriate tracksfor people dining out . It was so bad , we left early. Someone there needs to learn how to create a nice fun atmosphere foreating . I thought they had music from corporate. Guess not . Ruined the whole experience for us. Read more
