Staff was friendly, the crispy chicken wasn't crispy or hot. The lettuce looked warm. Guac included, so that's nice. Tequila... lime sauce is just cold BBQ sauce, really not good?!!! Waffle fries are surprisingly good even with zero seasoning. Paid $32for two small "crispy" tequila lime chicken burritos and side of plain waffle fries. Pretty expensive, but I was full for theday. I got 2 big baked chicken burritos - worst decision, I should have ordered elsewhere. The 2 pieces of chicken I did find were so... dry I couldn?t even eat it. Seriously, what kind of chicken is used - is that even real chicken or processed stuff? The entireburrito was dry and ingredients tasted burnt. First and last time. Chicken in the burrito was bone dry no seasoning. 80% rice. Ingredients were fairly low quality and mush.... Tasted like it had all sat in a steam warmer all day long. Missing things that were ordered to be in the burritos. Did not tasteor feel fresh at all. Will not order again. Read more

I wasn't particularly impressed with the quality of ingredients, or the selection of toppings. The chicken in my burrito was... downright awful; bone-dry with no seasoning whatsoever. The staff were good, and the place was clean, however, I won't be back. Read more

We went in just before closing, yet the food was super fresh and the people were really wonderful and didn't rush us. Excellent... burritos and tasted just like they did at the one in Toronto! Thanks! So happy to have one here in town! Read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. First and last time here ever. Staff and service is slow, no sense of urgency at all. Very hard... to hear the way they have things set up. No communication between staff as to what a customer wants which resulted in part of myorder being remade 3 times and staff yelling at each other over mistakes. Items added onto tacos that isn't listed in thedescription. Honestly by the time I walked out with my food to eat it I didn't even want it and wished I went elsewhere. Fooditself lacked taste and seasoning - half my order was cold as it sat while they remade the other half of my order over and overagain. One person kept apologizing but nothing was really offered to fix things I was just looked at as a problem customer. Might as well have taken my $27 and handed it out randomly to someone. I ordered the Huge Ground Beef Burrito and a lime Jarritos on Skip the Dishes. The order was correct, prepared quickly and came... in a bag with a security seal which is nice. The burrito was large and tasted great. I will be a repeat customer to thislocation. Read more
