Before the renovations the service at this McDonalds was incredible! We barely had any issues or a wait time. If there was... something wrong they went above and beyond to fix it. Now the service is terrible. You could be standing at the register for 15minutes while a bunch of staff are just talking instead of them taking your order. Ive tried getting multiple staff membersattention and its like they just ignore you. The wait times for in the resturant are absolutely insane. There is nothing "fast"about this fast food resturant. Absolutely the worst McDonalds anywhere. They are beyond slow. Waited 30 minutes for 3 hotcakes. Full of angry customers and... drivers. One driver said he'd been there 45 minutes. Place is a mess, food was wrong, staff are rude kids, not a family friendlyplace at all. Stay away!!! Read more

Good. They took awhile to take my order, then waited while the workers were chatting in the back. A woman i was talking to in... line was actually the one to say something about how slow they were at taking our orders. Not impressed. Thankfully i live inWindsor and only have the clowns at McDonald's here to deal with. Read more

The food is what I'd call "high quality diner" but the whole process there needs MAJOR overhaul, or at least a serious rethink! ... It was BUSY, and of course not fully staffed, I suspect. Lady who seats you needs coffee pots in both hands . .the menus areflat one pagers so, under arm. Then, they need to take orders within about 10 minutes, not 30-45. THEN they need someonerunning the grill that's FAST. Apparently, they do take reservations so walk ins are secondary. They seem to be "tag teaming"which IMO is not better. Tends to be more confusing unless the wait staff are VERY FOCUSED. The problem here is not the stafftho, it's the management style. Food is good, experience not so much! Read more

The place is FILTHY, every single table was dirty, fries all over the floor, had to ask the Manager to come and wipe the table... down. I went to ask for a refill, no longer do them, I asked for a receipt, the shift manager, (a bigger girl with long darkhair). I have Never ever seen such rudeness, she asked me what time I order, when I said about 30-45 min ago, she then asked doyou want to do this the hard way or the easy way? What kind of employee asks that of a paying customer, then told me toGOOGLE the information, store number If you don?t know how to talk to people, you should not work with them. Wow McDonald?s, if these are the mangers you have, who is gonna want to go to your establishment??? Will never go back to this McDonald?s, andsince I too work with the public, my experience will be mentioned, constantly. Read more

They recently renovated this McDonald's so you would think they would streamline the drive thru, but they did not. I waited in... the drive thru for 10 mins before making it to the window. They have two places were you can order your meal but only one isever used. I waited at the window to pay for a couple more mins before they finally opened it and asked for my payment. ThisMcDonald's has gone downhill. They clearly have a bunch of new staff and need to work on getting them trained and up to speed. Read more

First for me. Quoted 1 price at drive thru order station. Got to payment window and was quoted a slightly different price at 30... cents less. Paid cash. Got to pick up window confirmed order and was then asked if I skipped the payment window. Said that theorder had not been paid for. Indicated that I had paid at payment window. They proceeded with order. Then a second time I wasasked for the money as the order had not been paid for. Again I indicated I had paid cash at 1st window, at a price differentthan what was quoted when ordering. A couple minutes later they said I had paid for the wrong order. Then my order was given tome. Food was great. Provided me with cup of water for my dogs. Just strange on order payment mix up and never getting a receiptat payment window to show what I had paid, as receipt goes on bag when food order is given to you. Weird!!! Read more

Incredibly slow service, even taking the lunch rush into account. Waited over 10 minutes in the dining room for a take-out... order, which, when we finally got it was vastly wrong. Happy meal should have had a book and a diet Coke, but got a toy and rootbeer, and a quarter pounder meal that should have had no pickle no onion and a Diet Coke also came with root beer, pickles andonions. Since it took so long to get the order, by the time we realized, we were out of time to get it corrected. Staff need topay much better attention. Read more
