I was very disappointed, I waited for 12 minutes at the counter for someone to acknowledge the fact that I was there never mind... take my order. All I wanted was a cup of coffee in a fast food restaurant. I had to leave without anything. I did not havethe time to wait any longer. I ordered on the app, 2 chicken McMuffins, hash brown and a coffee. I decided to pick up the order in store. I waited for over... 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from any staff. During that time another gentleman was waiting to order for over 5 minuteswith no one attempting to help him. Once I got in my car, my order was wrong. Forgot my sauces that I payed 3.00 for. Forgot one of my cheeseburgers. Forgot utensils for my poutine and least importantly... straws. Was the second time I ordered from here and it seems every time they forget sauce. They should take into accountabilityall the 1 star reviews and change something. We got take out breakfast. Stale English muffins...missing one of two pancake portions of happy meals. Hashbrowns were... tasteless. Went back and staff were excellent in fixing us up...buns were still hard. Didn't want to go back again. So we justate it. Giving 3 stars for trying. Looking at other reviews, this type of screw ups seem to happen often. Knowing the owners ownall the McDonald's in town...they would care to retrain or hire better staff. Every single time I go there I go to the drive thru and every single time I have to wait at the last window for over 10 mins for... my order while 3-5 people get their orders and are on their way no problem. I usually just get a coupe of breakfast sandwichesand a coffee. You would think in the mornings they would have plenty of eggs ready to go. But today was especially bad service.I pulled up to the speaker box and was able to choose either one because no one was ahead of me. So I pull up to the box andwait for several seconds in silence when finally someone came on and tells me to hold on for a moment. Ok no problem I can waita min. Except that not one but 2 other people pulled up to the box beside me, ordered and we're up to the window to pay beforesomeone finally came back on and took my order. And just like clockwork I was told to pull up to the last window and wait for myorder while 5 other people behind me got their orders no problem. got two Happy meals for my kids, didn't notice until I got home that they were missing the toys and yogurt. asked for only... ketchup on their burgers and they had everything on them.. my chicken wrap was so dry after the first bite it went in the trash.this place needs new staff, already. I love this mcdons its close by and tbh every time I go its not busy and when it is they keep the line moving. One time tho yall... gave me a spicy mcchiggen with only one half of the bun? I did laugh but it was harder to eat lol (was too hungry had to take apic mid meal) Read more
Went through the drivethrough about 6 PM after working all day..had a family member with me..ordered 2 big Mac meals, both with... coke and large size one fry...wasn't given any straws for the drinks..but no big deal because I hate paper straws..they aregross...I keep a pack of plastic straws in my glove box because I dislike paper ones that much..we decided to eat in the parkinglot so I could enjoy my food without it going cold by the time we would have made it home...that's when I realized one of thedrinks was not a coke...no big deal...will just have my family member run in with the drink and have it switched to what it wassupposed to be..the older lady behind the counter thought it was "strange that it wasn't a McDonald's straw " my family membercame back to the car for the receipt to prove we weren't lying...lol...instead of apologizing for the mistake, a lecture wasgiven on how odd it was that it was a plastic straw and how people supposedly steal pop at this location. What?? How does thatwork..people walk in with a cup, go behind the counter and steal pop??... besides the fact that the patties on big macs now arebasically as thick as a slice of bologna , you also have to put up with employees who are NOT about customer service...won't goback! And I don't find it strange at all that I decide to buy plastic straws to keep in my car for pop...I do find it verystrange however that people could steal McDonald's pop at this location and how it felt like an interrogation when asking to getwhat we ordered.
