Very poorly MANAGED, very disappointed with no one helping the worker working in the fry station! Fry station worker was clearly... inexperienced and overwhelmed with orders. Manger appeared out front once to bluntly inform the worker that the fries wereburning and walked away. Customers were clearly confused as to why the manager would not have scanned the area to see the pileof of orders and jump in to help or instruct another worker to help manage the back up. This is the second time hereexperiencing the same manager treating an employee rudely. Both times it seemed clear as a customer, that the employees are nottrained well and are left on their own to battle in the trenches. We will consider a different dining option next time! Read more
