This was my first visit at Pizza hut. I must say after a long time My entire family was very satisfied ???????? with Pizza. My... wife almost gave up on pizzas but she loved pizza here. Now onwards pizza will coming to my house from Puzza hut only.. tastewas amazing, base was really soft and cooked properly. I strongly recommend Breadsticks also. Uniquely soft and delicious????. Staff was great and friendly. Another 5 STARS ????? for the staff. If senior management is reading this survey please givethem extra bonus for their great customer service. ???????? Read more
HORRIBLE. I wish I could give it ZERO stars. The driver was extremely ignorant. Hung up on us twice and lied to us. You can... NEVER get ahold of the actual location, you always get rerouted to customer service. Waited now over an hour for my pizza thatnever showed up. Asked for a call from the manager, never got one. Very disappointed that the lunch buffet is no longer available. This is something that I used to frequent when I lived in Sarnia... and every time I would return to Sarnia I would take my nephew's and enjoy the great selection on the buffet. Back in town onlyto find out they have discontinued the buffet. Read more
This place is horrible. Ordered a chicken Caesar salad paid $11.99 only to be told when I arrived there is no chicken available... and the salad didn't have any croutons. This place has gone down hill. We need a new pizza hut or a change of owners since thecurrent ones don't seem to care. Read more
My husband accidentally placed an order for pick up last night at 10:30pm. I immediately called and the guy working was super... helpful. He changed it to delivery for us with no hassle. Wonderful customer service! Also we got the treat box, everything waswarm & delicious upon arrival. Read more
This location only had take out still but the service was great. The food was picture perfect and tasted awesome. The counter... attendant felt bad they didn't have in house dining available so he included a bag containing paper plates, cutlery and napkins. Thank you for the great service! Read more
