I always loved Red Swan Pizza until Today as from last 3 times I am getting cold pizza. Today I called and ordered and asked to... deliver on time. After an hour I called again to check how much time it will take, the girl said the driver just left. Ireceived the pizza and paid $30.85+tip for 1 large pizza. It was cold and I called to complaint, the girl never accepted thatthey deliver it over an hour of wait. When I said I will show my call log, she said yeah we have less drivers. I never calledfor refund or anything, I called just to accept their late service. I don?t think I am ever gonna order again as I don?t want toreheat and eat like I am eating frozen pizza which I paid $30 for. Read more

More like 3.5 stars. The pizza was so fresh and delicious. Sesame seed crust is a nice touch. Some unique specialty pizzas. Taco... pizza and Honey Garlic Chicken pizza were 10/10. Some good deals, especially BOGO right now, which is why we ordered theretoday. But the customer service was below average. Guy at the front actually hung up the phone on a customer. Taste varies every time we visit, sometimes very high on pizza sauce else sometimes very less cheese. Last timewe visited and ordered double cheese, than also it was like normal cheese only.
