We have frequented this family owned and operated business for many years and have NEVER been disappointed with the food or... service. The pricing is very reasonable and the meals are incredible ! We were there on fathers day weekend. We realized it would be busy...but almost 3 hours to get our food is not acceptable. We... were told that it was slow because of the amount of take out orders they had. Would it not make sense on special occasions torun dine in only? There was no compensation given to us for the long wait for our meals...not even an apology. By the time wegot our food none of us could even enjoy it. We will probably not be back. Read more
Went to Sicily's with a reservation time of 6pm..it took 2 1/2 hrs to get our food to the table! Absolutely ridiculous to have... wait that long! Asked to speak to a manager and we were told they were cooking and they do not come out to deal with complaints!Apologies from the waitress, but nothing was offered to us as far as any compensation towards the meal! The food was deliciousand hot when it finally arrived, but unfortunately feel the way the situation was handled ruined the meal! Read more
The food here is always fantastic but this time the service was not. The greeter was rude, the wine glasses were dirty (they... need a new dish washer), the silverware was dirty, and every time we commented on an issue, we were given excuses. My drinkcame out wrong along with no garlic bread with my spaghetti. I like that they take the time to make homemade but the service,silverware, drink ware, etc. needs an upgrade. Read more
The food is fantastic! I appreciate the time they take in making home made. I would really appreciate fresh mushrooms on the... pizza versus canned, but I just don't order that topping now that I know. Definitely one of the best pizzas by far in town.Salads are delicious, just slightly over dressed on the Caesar. Decor needs updating, but I get it they are busy enough so whybother. Would definitely recommend dining in or taking out. Either way the food is amazing. Read more
Best Italian restaurant in sarnia. Extensive menu and everything is made from scratch. Make sure you are hungry as the... portions are huge. Our party of 4 all love our meal, and it was very reasonably priced. Our waitress was very knowledgeablewith all the dishes offered. The chefs are wonderful. Highly recommend this restaurant. Amazing food, very flavourful and good portions. This place lacks in service quality. It was very apparent that they treat those... who dress up much nicer than those in not quite as fancy clothing. It took an hour for my table to get the bread as I watchedother tables get food and orders in that time. The food takes a long time to make, that I understand. No check-ins from ourwaitress during the whole evening as she spent it at a larger table of 8. We spent 2.5 hours at this restaurant. By the end, wewent up to the bar to pay after waiting 20m+ after eating to be continually ignored by our waitress. Much to our dismay, aseparate host decided to check out another table of 8 paying what seemed to be almost all separate bills instead of the one billstanding at the bar that would like to leave. Waited a good 20m+ to pay our bill at the bar. Great food, poor service. Won't bevisiting again. Didn't realize that you needed to be dressed in white collar to get regular restaurant treatment at thisestablishment. Read more
What a great place this is. My sister and I were staying near by so thought we would try this out. The service was great,... efficient and friendly. I had pasta and my sister a pizza. He said it was the best pizza she has had. My pasta was lovely too.The ambiance is lovely too. Read more
