I have had the most amazing experience with the staff at sitara the customer service is impeccable the gentleman we were dealing... with Rahim was so friendly and amazing and their food is on another level!!!! 1. TADKA DAL - there is no tadka in the dal. Who eats Dal like this? and quantity is a very small portion. 2. JEERA RICE-... there is no jeera in rice at least put jeera in rice, dry plain rice, I order 2-time jeera rice, I thought someone made amistake 1st time so I order 2nd time with clear instructions still they serve plain rice and charged me jeera rice. A smallamount of quantity. Very disappointed ???? 3. PANI PUTI - I mean we hardly eat Pani puri there is nothing in pani puri, only 2-3chana? At least fill up Pani puri with masala, please ????. I would not give 1 star also. I wish I can give them 0. Don't gothere and save your time and money. Very pathetic food. Do I have to show my credit card statement as proof? ???? makes sense.You are not a kid, try to accept your Mistakes and resolve them and try to understand customer issues. Don't be rude. Shout out to the kitchen as the food was delicious andfresh. Pictured here is the following: Vegetable Samosa - triangular pastry stuffed with potatoes, green peas, and curryspices. Butter Chicken - Tender boneless pieces of chicken cooked in an aromatic tomato based curry sauce and roasted groundfenugreek leaves Garlic Naan - Traditional Indian bread baked against clay in a Tandoor oven glazed with fresh roasted garlicand cilantro. Hardworking, respectful, responsive, smiling, welcoming workers. They really know what they are cooking and never forget to ask... your individual preferences for authentic taste. So good!!! We really enjoyed the food truck in Wallaceburg. We haven't seen the truck in some time.. Hopefully they come back.... We went to the new location in Sarnia and was not disappointed.
