Was going through the takeout window and was getting my order the cup wasn't even put on lids right and spilled all over me. And... the guy was just standing there looking then looked back and was talking to the other staff. Then was waiting there for me totake my other drinks. Showed him my shirt and was like really you probably make sure the lids are on properly and he stilldidn't say anything.. won't be back horrible service Read more
We only have 1 Starbucks. So here's the thing the guy we had was rolling his eyes at the take out window like he was irritated I... couldn't count my money fast enough. He also said to me aaaah maam we close at 9:30pm cause I didn't know what to order. So herushed me to order when the time was only 8:45pm. So upsetting to say the least. Never going back I'll stick to timmies causethey don't rush ya and the employees there are way nicer anyways. Read more
I really wanted to give 5 stars. This Starbucks is clean and they serve really good beverages. The staff are very friendly, but... every time I go there the staff are talking amongst themselves and customers are waiting a long time to get served and thenwaiting a long time for their drinks to be made. way too much matcha and giant chunks. i ordered a hot matcha latte and was very disappointed when from the first sip i could... taste chunks of the matcha unmixed. i kept drinking it for a bit in hopes that there would only be a little bit unmixed butthere were chunks of matcha in every sip. eventually i just decided to stop drinking and take it home to add more milk and stirthe drink. when i opened the lid to see what was going on i saw several giant chunks of matcha floating in my drink. :( Read more
