Subway in brights Grove was ridiculous I asked for shredded cheese lady puts like a pinch of cheese on it because the bin was... empty I ask for more so she gave me attitude then like scraped the hard cheese off the sides because she was to lazy to go grabmore from the back and it wasn't even busy it was my boss and My buddy I was working with he got an assorted sub. He Asked forminimal mustard we get out to the truck and before he even opened it mustard was everywhere they're was so much. It wasdisgusting. Never again will I go back to that subway. I have refused to go to this Subway since the start of the pandemic. The owners are anti-mask losers who have no regard for... Public Health measures whatsoever. 6 kids come in without a mask? Too bad so sad, they don't care. The owner, Darrell, and hiskids have decided to be a nuisance to local businesses, storming in without masks, failing to adhere to public guidelines, anddisrespectful to staff when they ask if they have a mask. Like the immature person he is he has taken his personal opinions tohis store and has decided to ignore the existence of covid and public health measures. The workers are nice but encouraged bythe owners not to care about mask mandates. When I went here before the pandemic their subs were good and I went here a lot, butwith how things have been I despise even walking in. This store and it's owners need to forget about their personal opinions andREPRESENT THE BUSINESS CHAIN, NOT THEMSELVES! Friendly & moderately quick service. Not my favourite subway in the area though as they don't really fill the bun with toppings,... it's more as if they are sparingly placed to just cover the visible bun. Read more

The new ownership at our local (Brights Grove) subway is very obvious! My 2 sons (ages11&13) said they can?t believe how much... fresher and better both the bread and ingredients are at our location since the new owners took over. The service is always witha smile...despite the very apparent increase in customer volume. We are fortunate to have franchise owners that clearly careabout our great little community. Read more

We are so grateful for the Subway in Bright's Grove!!!The kindness and hospitality go beyond measure. My 9 year old is very... picky and she will NOT go to any other no matter where we are!
