This location hasn't had hour sauce in quite some time. Fire sauce is not the same!!! The franchise should look into this!!!

Ordered my combo meal with Skip. Included with the combo, was Nachos & cheese. Received the cheese sauce, but no Nachos. Not... Skip's fault...Taco Bell neglected to pack Nachos in the bag. I used the drive thru to get a Crunchwrap. I drove 5 minutes to my destination to find my lunch icy cold. Meat ... cold. Beans... ... cold. Wrap, which is supposed to be grilled aka crunchy ... cold, soft and no grilling colour on it. When I called therestaurant I was told that it was made fresh for me. Yes it was! Fresh and out the window with no time to warm on the grill. I'drather be told that my order will take a little longer than eat a cold, soft non-crunch wrap. I normally see two different people working the window, a young lady and a young man with curly hair. The young lady is... fantastic and super friendly, but the younger fella forgets drinks, never asks about sauce, and always seems like he's justtrying to get you through fast, at the expense of your order. The food is okay. I recently got a fries supreme (see theattached picture) that has the tiniest fraction of meat. Nothing like sour cream and french fries *sarcasm* Go to the LondonRoad one, it isn't worth gambling on which employees will be working on the Indian road location. This Taco Bell is simply the worst location I've ever been to. I went here August 2, just before 12 noon. I waited around 8... minutes before they finally took my order. Drive through is priority, meanwhile, going in, you're imposing on them itseems. Apparently they opened at 1145 due to the holiday. We ordered two fries supremes and 3 tacos. Upon getting home (5-10min drive), we noticed the fries were disgustingly old. Freezing cold, shriveled up fries. Do the math. They opened at 1145, Iordered around 1210 or so (even though their sign says 11am). The wait for food was 10 minutes or so. I thought, at least it'llbe fresh. Boy was I wrong. There's no way the fries were made within the hour of when they opened. These had to have been fromhours earlier, which the guy there said they weren't open. Such a mess this location is. Definitely go here if you want to riskgetting food poisoning. I called the location when I got home and realized the food was disgusting and old. They said come infor a refund and fresh food. So 5-10 min drive back and then they said no refund, only fresh food. I said to them what a wastethis is. I drive 4 times to or from Taco Bell because they don't believe in fresh food. Fries should be made to order, as wellas your other food. Food shouldn't sit around at room temperature. No one in there has any idea on food safety. Absolutely horrible place to get food. We ordered a party pack cost of almost 25 dollars to get home with 10 tacos that had... bately enough toppings for 4 tacos. We returned with the horrible food to have our money refunded or the order remade. We weretold without a receipt they would not do anything for us. We left the bag of food there and went home to lookfor the receiptwhich we could not find. We returned and asked for our bag of food back as we couldnt find the receipt and they threw out ourfood in the garbage. At this point they would not remake our order or refund our money. So we had basically 25 dollars stolenfrom us by this taco bell. This location has single handedly ruined taco bell for our family. I will never ever visit anothertaco bell anywhere at anytime. I could be dying of starvation and taco bell could be the only thing around for thousands ofmiles I will take my chances and crawl the thousand miles. Well I used to manage a Taco Bell in the United States, and I can tell you that the quality of the food that Taco Bell now sells... is pathetic, back in the day when I work for Taco Bell you actually got what you paid for the other day I went in to buy twosteak burrito Supremes, the steak was more like a sauce with little bits of meat in it when I work for Taco Bell it was actuallysteak!
