There?s one older lady I believe her name is Susan. She slows down the whole process, she?s very rude and doesn?t let anyone... help her with orders. There?s usually a lineup around the restaurant when she works and even if there?s only three people inline it still takes her almost 20 mins to serve a few coffees. Half the time I come in I give up on even getting a coffeebecause of how incredibly slow she is. Don?t usually complain but this is one t thing that can?t slide. It?s meant to be fast,people want their coffee quick before work not have to wait 15 mins for three people in line. Thanks Read more
I go in or get delivery everyday. So u do spend alot of money here, coffee is tasting burnt, and you need to ask for double... trays or believe me there coffee is hot... but oh so good when it's done right. Read more

Very busy location on Indian road. Wait time was about 10 minutes going through the drive through today (Sunday afternoon).... Could use some more staff at peak times as wait times can be on the long side. Aside from that, staff is pleasant andcourteous. Read more
