This Tim Horton was filthy....tables were not cleaned off ...chairs covered in crumbs etc...floors under tables were... disgusting..garbage cans outside full...I talked to Asst. mgr and he wasn't too concerned..there was 4-5 people on staff andsome not busy...there was even cobwebs! I don't remember a time I've had my order done correctly, the staff seems very overwhelmed and under trained. They can't even... get a skip order done correctly. Either retrain your staff, fire them and hire staff who can do the job, or find newmanagement. Read more

My wife went to two separate Tim Hortons today to pick up an ice cap. She was horrified when getting out of the car is somehow... smashed onto the driveway. We both went about 20 minutes later to pick up another one at our local Colbourne location and thesame thing happened, just inside the house! Apparently the plastic has been changed and the lid doesn?t always stay on well.Chelsea was a STAR and offered to replace both drinks even though we had gotten the one at another location. Read more
I have ALWAYS had exceptional service at this Tim Hortons! Earlier this evening I was served by a young lady who presented... awesome customer service (I believe her name was Mila). I can truly say that tonight, just like every other visit to thislocation, the employees were very personable, polite & patient when taking my order. I always leave this location in goodspirits. This location was a little on the busy side today at 5:00 pm. Drive through was lined up around the building however the service... was quick, it only took me a couple of minutes to get through. Ordered a coffee and sandwich. The order was exact and theserver was courteous. It appeared that there was no one seated inside, maybe next time I'll just walk in. Read more
Staff doesn't know how to count money. Staff is not aware of their own in store specials. Couldn't ring it in. Didn't know what... to do. Staff DOES NOT clean the store! Saw the same napkin in the front entrance 3 days in a row. Told them about it, thenthey cleaned it up. Now, same sticky substance under one of the tables for the past 2 days. Staff speak a different languageamongst themselves which is disrespectful! Hate to know what the food surfaces are like. GROSS! Read more
