Server friendly but not great in understanding English. Did not know what Splenda was! Washroom not clean..no toilet paper.... Muffins are good...breakfast sandwich with bacon a little chewy. Appears all Timmy's locations do not serve food on platesanymore nor put coffee in China mugs when you eat in. That's a shame!! Read more
Ordered on the app. App says open till 9pm. Google says open till 9pm. Arrived before 8pm, store is locked up and... empty. Apparently Tim Horton's doesn't even know when their own stores are open. Contacted customer service. Says they can'tdo a refund. Tells me someone from management will get ahold of me. Couldn't tell me when, maybe tomorrow? Couldn't tell me whatthey'll do. Refund? Free order? Gift card? No idea. Will they be calling or emailing? No idea. Just that someone, at some timein the future will contact me in some way. What's the point in customer service that can't process refunds and can't speak tothe customer service procedure? This store wasted 30+ minutes of my night and stole my money. Read more

Really bad service in drivethru, very awful. She ddnt even care of taking the order properly.
Every time I go to this timmies I'm waiting in the drive thru line for 15+ minutes because they take everyone's orders before... mine. I then decided to drive through his time because they still didnt take my order. I waited at the window to order and theysaid I would have to go through again and place an order. Good drive thru. I wish they had more bagels option. Overall a good experience.
